LK should have left this situation. I agree. We don’t know how fast she could leave if the person managing the funds to pay the bills also agreed.

Saying she should have left so he wouldn’t then have shot her or be able to shoot her is big something a jury is going to buy. He never even filed an eviction. There was no restraining order (said to be an immediate provocation for getting shot but it sure helps people in court when they are the shooter instead of the shootee).

You keep on asserting falsehoods. The jury isn’t going to “buy” anything. They will see the evidence and think exactly what everyone but you and a few posters here think. And I’m including here and ALL of social media.

Can you otherwise explain why across SM people are decidedly anti LK? Answer this question please.

My theory is it’s the same people under different names as here. They even use the same comments and phrases.

I think her transgression actually was seeing exactly who/what LK is and then acting on it.
And to LK that is wrong.

But I do keep going back to the question of if these parties believe MHG was so involved, why they left her out of this.

Yes she did. Her attorney forced LK to stop mentioning her in any way. LK had to be warned several months ago and has not mentioned MH again to my knowledge.

I think they left her out because the civil case depends on the proximate cause of LKs injuries, not the ultimate cause further back in the chain of events.

MHG actions and inactions are not the proximate cause of LKs injuries.

If you get beyond the proximate or immediately preceding cause of her injuries (which was MB getting a gun and driving over there to shoot her), and go back further in the causal chain (MHG did not recognize he was already displaying delusional behavior and failed to get him help, SS notified CPS to investigate MHG, RG called the building inspectors, LK posted weird stuff online), determining the ultimate cause as opposed to the proximate cause is hopeless. I can see why the law specifies the proximate cause.

Your VERY specific, ongoing attempt to assign some sort of culpability to MHG is noted. Because it’s noteworthy.

I will also note that the ONLY other people who seem to believe MHG is in ANY way they responsible for any of the mess that happened on 08/07/19? Uhhhhh… LK and JK.

Lastly… I will note that LK seemed to have a toxic obsession with MHG. To put it mildly.

Let’s go back to the way the 48 Hours episode framed the mess: MB had two women fighting for control of his attention. LK was one of them. But there was a second woman.

In any drama, whether fiction or real life, the drama arises from tension. If you had MHG demanding MBs attention, and no LK, there’s no tension. If LK is a client and MHG as girlfriend and assistant trainer and protege does not resent MB spending x hours per week training LK, there’s no tension.

Think of the tension as literally the tension in a rope created by two people pulling at each end. There is only tension if someone is at the other end of the rope.

I’m only saying that MHG is inescapably a central player in the drama in that the tension that created the drama was tension created by two women, not one, warring for MBs time and attention. Just like 48 Hours said.

Is MHG responsible for what happened on Aug 7? I’m not saying that. I’m saying that if you insist on looking at the ultimate cause and not just the proximate cause of LKs injuries by saying “LK drive him insane”, then logically you should also look at other acts of commission or omission further back in the chain, like the fact that none of MBs considerable support system intervened to get him help. But I don’t think either LKs actions or MHGs actions (or inactions) can sensibly be called the proximate cause of her injuries. That’s my point.

The problem with narcissists is that you end up in a competition with them that you didn’t know existed.

And I’m sure that’s what happened with MHG. MHG at no point was in a competition with LK.

LK was most certainly in a competition with MHG as even her father knew it.

This competition never should have existed and was the complete Frankensteinian manifestation of a narcissistic mind.

MHGs part in this was most probably that she didn’t like LK because of how LK behaved, acted and how she must have sucked the air out of every room she was in. People just don’t want to be around that ever. And being MBs partner MHG was able to vocalize her feelings and suspicions LK hated her. A customer might not feel as free to be as vocal.

So if you think that MHG played such a role its only because LKs twisted mind put her there and you and others bought into the b.s.

I actually watched a couple hours of it today. It was like a train wreck I just couldn’t turn away from. And now I’m supremely curious how he is going to present his witnesses tomorrow or Wednesday.

It’s just unreal to watch. And a perfect example of why you don’t try to wing it and go pro se, much less go all sovereign citizen when your life is on the line.

Absolutely. For instance I don’t come between the couple who run my barn EVER.
