I can say with absolute certainty that the moment court employees hear someone say they’re a sovereign citizen our eyes roll back in our heads far enough to touch our butt and we call a supervisor who is paid to deal with the certain upcoming mess.

I believe it is….and how interesting that most of the outright defamatory statements being made here died down here very quickly after it was made public. Now the MHG mentions are very mild side swipes about responsibility…

If/when JK is deposed, will Barisone and SGF’s attorneys be allowed to question him about the ex parte email to the judge, his motive, why he didn’t know better, etc…?

Personally, I don’t think there’s really a point to waste deposition time on that. I’d rather ask him about videos, and Finish The Bastard, and recordings and those contracts LK boasted that her dad had negotiated.

Mostly they assert that laws just don’t apply to them because they don’t recognize them.

I am the wrong employee to talk to them because my first question is “So do you collect social security or plan to?” And then it’s ON. BTW they always say yes.

What you’re saying is ridiculous in that most of MBs clients were women. One of them is now his partner. Yet no such drama existed between them including the person who is the now partner. So that blows your theory and JKs theory out of the water.

The problem with narcissists is that you end up in a competition with them that you didn’t know you are in.

And I’m sure that’s what happened with MHG. MHG at no point was in a completion with LK.

LK was most certainly in a competition with MHG as even her father knew it.

This competition never should have existed and was the complete Frankensteinian manifestation of a narcissistic mind.

I never saw anything long term with Charlie in the first one. She was too ambitious to move up and be promoted. And I didn’t see that much chemistry.
While I agree Cruise is a bit of a nut job with the whole Scientology cult, he is a good actor and I thought this film was by far the best of the two. I’ve watched it more than once, and it is better every time. It was about maturity and redemption, and I liked the familiarity of the long time, on and off again love with Penny.

I really appreciated the fact that they hired an age appropriate actress for his love interest. Not somebody who was half his age. Or even one-third his age.

No, I really believe it relates to the SS filing. The no contact order prevents LK from mentioning MH or her children on any platform or contacting anyone who works with or for MH.

By the way, the SS case LK brought against MH and most everyone else at HH was closed in 2020 as frivolous. The SS complaint MH submitted is alive and active and the Kanareks are aware of the status of both complaints.

I did watch 48 Hours.

I think the framing of the issue as though it was all about 2 women vying for his attention came directly from the Kanareks.

I think it’s got to be kind of embarrassing at this point for LK’s support circle… anyone with half a brain can see that she comes across like a psycho stalker with a crush on her trainer everytime the whole issue of MHG comes up. I think JK talked about it to 48 hours to try and give this whole part of the story some credibility of some sort. Because otherwise… it just reflects so poorly on his daughter.

But it’s pretty obvious that LK is emotionally imbalanced, and has issues with boundaries, and had some sort of weird fixation on her own trainer, and an unhealthy personal competition with her trainer’s girlfriend playing out in her (LK) imagination.

I do love Jennifer Connely - she’s a great actress and looks absolutely stunning at her age. Frankly - she’s too good for Cruise, and he didn’t deserve such a classy co-star.

Personally I don’t think anything the Kanareks or their puppets throw out regarding MH sticks with anyone. She has professionally moved on with her life and her business and does not publicly mention the Kanareks - ever. When someone is working hard and trying to live their best life, most people won’t pay any attention to BS that is shoveled about the person.

The Kanareks simply don’t exist to her any longer apparently.
