I have a question for the legal peeps. If a deposition for a case in nj is allowed remotely, would the attorneys have to have someone participate who is licensed in the actual state where the deposition was made? Are there legality concerns of the testimony since it did not occur in nj? (If it was actually allowed to occur out of state)
My husband sat through a deposition for a medical malpractice suit. They asked him the same question 7 times and didn’t get the answer they wanted from him so they finally asked him “what he thought”. His answer was, “Well now that you asked for my thoughts, I think your client is a SOB for suing the doctor that saved his life.”
48 hours: I can see that Morrisy guy asking LK about why she wouldn’t appear to her deposition hearings, and having her explain her concerns about covid, and how she’s especially vulnerable, etc. etc. and then he smiles and says “but you aren’t wearing a mask with me, right now. We’re 3 feet away. And you haven’t been wearing a mask around the set. You didn’t wear a mask here when we filmed last July.” Smile.
So the filings specifically request JK to turn over communications with RG. However, there aren’t any documents suggesting RG is in contempt of court. One might assume RG has complied and has turned over everything requested…
I’m also on the fence with seeker’s identity. Who knows if it’s really KK. Regardless, LK has stated all over social media that the recordings exists and KK has transcribed them, so KK won’t be able to simply say, “that wasn’t me.”
Also laughable that JK/KK will attend Mb’s closed hearing. Yea, right. Sad attempt to appear in control.
