Do you have a screenshot of this? How can she attend MB’s Krol hearing IN NEW JERSEY, but not a deposition in a civil case she filed IN NEW JERSEY, yet claims fear of COVID???

If Lauren is in New Jersey for a Krol hearing then there is no reason she can’t show up for a deposition in New Jersey.

Her parents have even less standing to be there than she does. In the world of courts, representation is considered “your retained attorney” not your father that happens to be your attorney and not your mother that is not an attorney at all.

Interesting theory. I remain doubtful that they’ll be allowed in though. There’s a reason it’s a closed hearing.

So she cannot attend her deposition due to COVID fears, but has no issues sending her elderly parents to attend the Krol hearing “in her stead” and potentially exposing them to COVID???
Not that any of them have any right to be at the Krol hearing! And how can she be a “victim” if he has been found not guilty???

LKs parents will not be at the Krol hearing either.
She goofed and initially wrote she would be there until it dawned on her OR she was reminded she is trying to escape attending the deposition in person. So then this amended tweet.
Her saying she is scared is a laughable ruse for someone who freely decided to buy a HOME so close to MBs long standing home.

It all reeks of desperation! This appears to be one predicament she is not going to weasel out of.
All she had to do was quietly leave Hawthorne Hill the summer of 2019 and file suit against Michael if she felt she was due restitution. Now her ego and quest to win at all costs is taking her entire family down with her.

Let’s not also forget that we all watched the trial and her testimony. I don’t know many people who sneer and laugh and throw around veiled insults and defamatory statements when they are “afraid” to be in the same room as someone.
