MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

The difference is not guilty is not guilty. Guilty would have him in jail for years. Not Guilty/Insanity has him home for Christmas.

Prediction mine.

So, in this tweet she indicates the possibility that she will attend MB’s mental health hearing. Yet she cannot attend a deposition in New Jersey, the same state that MB’s hearing is, because of COVID concerns.

What gives?

I am just guessing here, but I tend to believe that the K family is probably having a great deal of difficulty sitting on their collective hands with this particular revelation and discussion. The fact that they are not commenting- at all- tends to lead one to believe that their attorney(s) have told them exactly how much trouble posting everything that they have can, will, and should cost them.

They are in the deep end of this now. Reality may have come for a visit.

Funny, the words “not guilty” appear in both decisions. Not the word “guilty”.

Why you cannot seem to understand this I cannot understand!

Can we PLEASE disregard the very tired arguments of the meaning of the verdict. Particular posters have nothing else to contribute except their very sad arguments. Nothing to see here…let’s ignore and move on.

The topic is the recent legal filings, not the criminal verdict.

We can only hope! It would be nice to know for sure “what comes around goes around”!

Her representatives? In a criminal trial her representative is no one. She is a witness. Witnesses don’t get representatives unless they are minors or incapacitated and then they get a Guardian Ad Litem. Otherwise the State will be there but they are NOT her representative.

She has no right to be there and won’t be. Her involvement in the Criminal case is over due to the NG and NGI findings.

Bolding mine.

Someone must be feeling quite vulnerable and out of control. Refusing to cooperate is the only thing she and her family can control.

Please be aware that I am intentionally no longer responding to you on this verdict subject and its meaning. It’s been asked and answered.

I completely understand why you and others insist on describing a NGRI verdict as NG, on the other hand.

Yeah, recall she was eagerly preparing her “victim’s impact statement” for the Krol hearing that she has no right to attend!!

I wonder if she got her legal degree from University of American Somoa Law School?

Thanks for your non response.

And another thing to point out? My representatives, singular. Poor RG, left out in the cold again.

You’re quite welcome. Anything for you, Babe.

Well, if he is providing information to the opposition, then of course he’s no longer of use to them.

Nah, her legal degree came out of a gum ball machine in a little clear plastic ball and cost her a quarter. Just like the twisted reasoning of certain posters on this thread!

She has tweeted that she will indeed be attending the hearing for MB.
