I believe they are currently not in compliance and the Sept 9th date is for the judge to declare them in Contempt and to assign punishment.

Warrants would be interesting. Costs owed to the defendants would make sense.

Then he might have actually had the right to enter into the verbal barter and allow LK to stay there. It depends on the governing documents of the LLC. Can’t know without seeing it. Again, we are only seeing the one side and it’s claims and theory of the case.

Even though MB was a partner in or part owner of SGF, they’re different legal entities. Just because he’s a part owner does not entitle him to ignore the terms of the lease agreement between SGF and MB dressage.

Apparently the original subpoena made her scurry away and take our advice to stop with the public posts. Many of us told her publically admitting to seeing, hearing, transcribing the illegal recordings was not a good idea.

Without seeing what the document says, you don’t know what rights MB had as a part owner of the LLC to enter into agreements. You only have the claims being made by SGF, which may not be entirely legally sound or forthcoming about the facts, and is most certainly biased, to go on.

The subpoenas were issued July 13th. The last major thread was started July 17th…and Seeker did not feature in it. It really isn’t that mysterious.

He was also found straight NOT GUILTY in regards to RGs/LKs fake assertion.

Clearly their testimony didn’t count for much.

Yes, he was found NG wrt to the two counts regarding RG, and NGRI on the two counts regarding LK.

I think the difference was the bullet holes in LK but not in RG.
