MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Yeah. Gotta admit to a few nervous moments going to my car at the end of ea day. After the verdict, a bunch of us walked together. Hubby threw a fit when I wanted to go to the sentencing, so I didn’t. They got 56 years ea.

That sounds so nerve-wracking. I get wanting to see the sentencing, but I also get the hubby’s point.

Glad they’ll be locked up for a good long time.

It’s not mine, for sure, as I’ve heard it all my life. Is it not well known?

I think it’s a Euro thing more than a North America thing.

I’ve already explained that I think MB confided everything in MHG who confided in RC or JH and so on until it got back to LK and RG.

I’m starting to believe that you ask me to repeat myself so you can then complain about me repeating myself.

If you aren’t interested enough in my posts to read them the first 2 to 3 times I post them then why bother to ask questions?

She already lost. She has to live with getting the situation completely topsy turbot, thinking the threat was from LK and RG, and arming MB.

Of course she was being fed lurid gossip at the time but still, it was her lifetime work, family counseling.

Now she has to live with that.

Edited to correct “turbot” to “turvy” and also clarify that “she already lost” means whatever happens in the civil trials may be minuscule compared to the anguish she may face every day as a mental health professional for misreading this situation so badly.

I keep asking because I’m in utter disbelief that you are characterizing Mr Tarshis’s testimony as perjury and you’re taking it a step further by implying he was unethical in his dealings with his client.

OR, you’re simply ignoring my question about Mr Tarshis specifically because his sworn testimony destroys your supposition.

She’s already lost the civil suit against her? Wow, when should we expect the settlement offer!

And it’s fair to make up motives for LK but not MB? It’s a civil trial now which is kind of an odd title for a court procedure that is hardly a civil process.

MB no longer has the protections he had in the criminal trial. All kinds of motives can be speculated with attempts to prove or just razzle dazzle. All of his skeletons come out now.

Thanks to a few posters, a whole lot of LK and family skeletons are already out. His haven’t been touched on.

I just hope the Krol hearing is very well done and whatever is decided is the safe decision.

Edited to correct “dazzle dazzle” to “razzle dazzle.”

When have I ever made up a motive for Lauren? I don’t have a single clue what motivates her.

Well, there will inevitably be a trial. But CurrentlyHorseless was specifically referring to Michael not testifying in the criminal trial.

This makes no sense.

Sure. If they are relevant.

Not by me. And I would submit that Lauren Kanarek has done a dandy job airing out her laundry for the world to see all by herself.

You don’t sound sincere at all.

And none of what you wrote had anything to do with my post. But thank you for your input.

Never knew there was someone on the farm that actually liked LK enough to feed her some rumors.

“completely topsy turbot” ? “dazzle dazzle” ? What does that mean?

That is a false claim. I have not and would never say Tarshis is committing perjury. Tarshis clearly believed the conversations were recorded. I think peoples conversations were repeated instead of recorded. Their testimony was what they all came to believe. There has been no testimony that anyone has ever found even one recording device. It’s all been LK spouting off and everyone says she lies all the time. So, yeah, I tend to doubt there were any. And I expect just saying there were and drawing people in to talk to her or someone at the barn giving her a “no one wants you here speech” gave her lots of information on conversations.

Tarshis and others who believe there were tapes may be correct.

The same people who can’t make it to lessons and can’t maintain their demeanor while testifying blah blah are somehow master manipulators, electronic spyware experts and break in experts, placed listening devices all over the barn and collected same without being caught even with people sleeping in the barn, guarding the barn, and a professional company swept for bugs.

Don’t go jumping over the ledge there Hut….

In order for your statement to be true, then you are clearly stating Mr Tarshis acted unethically and repeated his conversations and passed it on as barn gossip. And you can’t back off your perjury implication quite that easy by now saying you think he believed what he testified to. Nice try though.

How do you explain 81 disclosed recordings?

This is just such a gross misstatement of testimony sworn under oath that I don’t know where to begin, so I won’t. I’ll just let it stand on its own.

Apparently those are just figments of some imagination, I guess.

Since you so erroneously accused me of gaslighting,… the request was for copies of her postings:

And her responses were “they’re online”… which essentially says “go get them”:

Wait, so if there were never any recordings, what are the 81 recordings and what did Kirby Kanarek transcribe?

I will buy LK lying like a cheap rug. But is the new story that the DA is also lying and just pulled the number 81 out of thin air? And is the story also that Kirby lied several times about transcribing things that did not exist?

This is getting telenovela levels of unbelievable.

When does the evil twin appear - at the deposition maybe?

She has over used filters to pretty much eliminate her and her sister’s features. Using that photo to determine her health is really reaching. There’s practically no nose. She did the same thing to her photo in the car after the 48 hours set. You can see it as “fragile”. The rest of the world sees it as a 40 something aging addict trying to look like she’s 20.

Yes, even her sister looks quite terrible in those pictures. If I was the sister I would be pretty mad about it making it into a public filing.
