If it were me, I’d prefer being deposed by zoom just to avoid the hassle, time, and expense of traveling to a different state for an indeterminate number of days.

When you file a suit in a specific court, you don’t get to dictate the rules of the court based on your preferences. You knew the day you filed where the suit was going to take place so you get to live with your choice.

Of course she doesn’t get to dictate the rules to the court. She’s stating her preference for being deposed by zoom and the judge will decide.

I wonder will these threads still be going on a year, two years, three years from now? Won’t it be nice to not have to hear of or discuss certain parties, posters, suspicions, etc?

Before I am told I can walk away now, let me remind you that I have a personal interest in seeing this to the end so it might not happen to another unsuspecting person.

As in - she doesn’t have the funds for airfare or hotel, meals, etc. And maybe dear RG won’t take her. And dear Daddy won’t give her any more money (I don’t know how many horses they are trying to support these days, but if she still has five horses, there is likely a pretty significant drain on the trust fund). Plus, if they are still doing renovation work on the new house in FL, that could be eating up a good little bit of $$$.

It seems reasonable to think that Daddy will at some point say - “Enough is enough. If you want to continue to pursue this case, you have to fund it yourself.”

No permits have been issued for the home since 2014, when the pool and it’s infrastructure was installed in the backyard, so it’s not likely that any work is being done at this time, unless it’s being done on the sly by RG. As for whatever she has going on at the moment, very little has been said about her activities since the trial, so if anyone knows what she’s up to, they are discussing it privately. At this point, I would imagine that she is persona-non-grata in the local community of Equestrians after the events of the trial and all the embarrassing/horrifying information that came out about her personal habits and behavior, so she’s likely keeping to herself, for now. The moderate home that was purchased for her by her Dad is comfortable enough to keep her on the property and it’s unknown how much Dad is giving her in monthly allowance these days, so she may just have enough $$$ to sit around the house and live off takeout food, with RG getting paid cash for whatever menial labor he wrangles through local construction crews doing reno work for the vacation homes and such.

It’s Deininger asking to compel LK to get to NJ for the deposition. So now both SGF and Barisone gave asked. Wonder if RC will make it unanimous?

Did I read that right, all the defending council are working together so she only has to be one place and questioned by this one group of people. She does not have to go three different places at three different times doing three different depositions. It sure seems like they are doing her quite the favor there.

The only way to establish her claims for infliction of intentional and negligent emotional distress is through those medical records. She should be happy to provide the documentation to bolster her claims.

CH has done nothing to back or close the thread. Commenting on other posters rudely gets the threads closed. Amateur mental health diagnoses gets posts removed and threads closed.

She’ll never produce ALL the records asked for. She’ll use the excuse they were deleted, ruined, lost, etc. So what happens when she can’t/won’t produce all the documentation?

Ok however, they have shown themselves for who they are, saying the same things over and over and over and over again ad nauseam …. And you have replied the same thing over and over again - everyone who reads these forums get it. They know who these people are…. I love your insight and comprehensive remarks. But I really don’t want to give those people Air - By answering them you are giving them a bigger stage to say the same thing over and over and over again …. If you don’t respond to the same things they have been saying for over three years…. You will douse the fire. They will have nothing to respond too. Maybe we can show them how civilized people behave. This will be worked out in a court of law - and May God help them!
