This is a very good question. I mean, if they are in trial, or super close to trial at that point, I imagine he’d see it through. However, if, two years from now, if the Plaintiff(Lauren Kanarek) is still screwing around with discovery AND the judge hasn’t dismissed the case, I’m guessing he is going to ride off into the sunset while someone else gets assigned this mess.
I have heard that some tenants actually write the fire marshal about where they are living and end up being kicked out when the fire inspector shows up and finds things they do not like, all the while the tenants knew about all those issues.
So…
Some people who proclaim Finish the Bastard are not playing with a full deck. Their desire to ruin someone else forgets about their own needs.
His rightful concern initially would be the removal of smoke detectors from his home and property in which he had a substantial financial investment as well as the health and safety of his loved ones.
You forget yet again that MB & MHG were also living in the house on another floor, not too long before. When they couldn’t take it anymore, they moved to the stable. Possibly some of the conversations they saw repeated on LK’s facebook were had in the house. Smoke detectors should be functioning on all floors, at least in the area that I live in.
It was @Ambitious_Kate who said MB “had every right to” rip out the “electrical” right in the post of hers that I was responding to. Click on the quote of mine in your post to expand it and and you’ll see it.
As you know, LK can be the legal tenant while MB or SGF is the landlord and property owner.
The apartment was their residence, despite being owned by someone other than them.
I fail to see why they would rip out smoke detectors to render their own apartment uninhabitable, or create work for RG to restore them. I can imagine MB ripping them out in a fit of anger.
Why are we on the topic of tenancy and ripping out smoke detectors when it is not germane to the current civil court filings? My god, we are going in loops.
That’s a good point; it’s usually a whole house system. I’m
not clear on the timing of the ripping out of the smoke detectors relative to the bug sweep MB had done.
