MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Thank you for posting that Eggbutt

Really, properly WOW!

All the rather annoying puns aside it was a fascinating recap of events. He’d obviously done a huge amount of research to get the full background.
Interesting to hear it laid out like that by a professional.
Narcissistic and sadistic,Ninja moves and all……there goes LaLa as everyone else sees her.

Ha! I have watched this person’s videos on YouTube and I was wondering during the criminal trial if he’d ever do LK. He is very dry but very incisive about narcissist behavior. I look forward to the comment section. I don’t think he’s ever had one of his subjects clap back even under an alter.

I would guess that the threat of a lawsuit will be forthcoming.

Oh, Eggbutt. Too funny.

By all means send the link to MBs legal team so they can hire him as an expert witness in the civil trial.

He analyses and diagnoses various celebrities without having ever met them for “clicks”.

Have you seen his YouTube diagnosis of Meghan and Harry?

I’ll leave the listing in the comments section to you and the mob.

Too funny.

What chaps me the most about all the speculation of the incident is that people keep saying Michael shot Lauren. There is NO evidence that Michael pulled the trigger. Other than the gun being under Michaels body (with the officer saying the gun was near his left hand), there is no evidence even that Michael BROUGHT the gun to the house. There are many ways for the gun to have been under Michaels body.

(and yes, I went off on the shooting tangent but this is something IMHO that Michael COULD use in his civil defense, the lack of evidence that he actually PULLED the trigger)

I’m thrilled you enjoyed it!

The thing is he has a HUGE reach and is dead on as far as public opinion of your BFF.

He also has a deadpan calm manner, is careful to distinguish between facts and his opinion, and a dry sense of humor. He comments on events and scandals that are already well known in public media. He says up front he’s not offering a diagnoses. As far as YouTube commenters go, he’s a reliable and conscientious addition to the True Crime entertainment genre.

Is her being shot supposed to have any bearing on whether or not MB abused or sexually abused MHG’s children?

You’re saying MB falsified a report for 756 pages of verification of LK’s behaviors, yet you think her report on him was valid?

Did you miss the part where he HAD asked her to leave and she got her father and a lawyer involved because she refused to leave without having an equivalent facility set up?

whoa he also said he thinks MB was putting on a show at the trial?

I think his analysis of Harry and Meghan would be even more amusing. I hope Bilinkas hires him for the civil trial.

Yeah, some people seem to have selective hearing.

So, just got back from taking my dog to the vet. He got to stay, so while I wait to hear from the vet, I checked the court docket.

Nothing has changed since the responses were filed on Friday.

In the original filings, you see this language:

All of the responses were filed timely. Specific to the motion to compel Lauren Kanarek to an in person deposition, since it was addressed first, upon receipt of the responses, the court entered this:

Nothing has been entered online on the docket re: scheduling. Nothing further has been filed on the Motions for Contempt re: Jonathan and Kirby Kanarek.

There could be notices that went out and are not on the website.

The judge could decide not to allow oral arguments. Judges in my area would not decline that, especially this early in the case. No idea about Judge Sceusi in NJ though.

If anything else gets posted, that would be cool.

Nice analysis by a trained mental health professional with no connection to this incident or to the horse world - and with a completely impartial viewpoint.

All the horse cliches had me rolling my eyes, but this line really made me laugh.

It’s always suspicious when somebody has a chance to leave New Jersey and they don’t take it.

That’ll teach me to skim…

I can see why the defendant’s attorneys want oral arguments in the deposition matter, however I doubt that the Nagel/Rice submission will impress the judge enough for him to waste time in ruling on the issue by allowing them. My guess, unless he has great patience for bad lawyering.

I laughed quite loudly too.

Apparently the American Psychiatric Association has a rule that its members are not permitted to publicly give diagnoses of people they have not examined in person. It’s called the Goldwater rule.

But he is not a member of the APA. He is not a psychiatrist. He is not an MD. He has a PhD in “counseling”.
