Why would MB single out LK? They weren’t the only two people involved. The event impacted everyone who lived/worked at that farm.

That encounter was all done by phone with LK paying the vet.
I’m not sure they have ever been face to face conscious.

Not that I’m aware of. Maybe someone has a copy of the photo.
Once in a while an Ignored user pops up. I refresh the page and they are gone once again. It’s not a difficult process. Unfortunately I have to see the responses to those users that I ignore, because some people keep feeling the need to respond to them ad infinitum.
I think most of us are interested in the legal filings re the civil suit, not in the personal back and forth arguments from the people who just can’t seem to stay on topic.

The moderator helped me with my ignore issue. There seems to be a little trick requiring an “x” to the left of the name for the name to be recognized. Maybe it will stick this time!

So I guess we will find out if any of this was true? I would think evidence deemed inadmissible would be illegal to post, but that’s not my wheelhouse. Legal peeps?
ETA: if evidence was deemed inadmissible for the criminal trial, could it still be used for the civil case?

Almost everything that wasn’t allowed in the criminal trial will be fair game in the civil trial.
You haven’t been here for a while so you may have missed all the posts by Seeker1 (Lauren’s mother). She posted that she had transcribed the Illegal Recordings, some BEFORE the shooting. The defense attorneys now want her copies of her transcripts as well as any tapes she still has but she has not complied to the subpoenas. Lots of info earlier in this thread.
The legal filings posted in these threads give some glimpses about what will be entered.

Lauren’s been ranting and rambling about those audios for years on any platform she could find to type, as recently as a couple of weeks ago.
However, when it counts:
- Criminal Trial: no audios
- 48 Hours: No audios
- Civil Suit: the only audios the parties have are the ones Morris County Attorney had from the criminal trial. The whole Kanarek Trifecta is not responding to discovery in the suit Lauren brought re: videos and audios and transcripts.
That tells me either a) the audios are worthless, b) the audios are illegal and poison (to her) and she’d be a fool to broadcast them once the civil suit is over or c) both.

I don’t know why you keep banging on about this expert witness thing. You’re possibly the only one interested and/or concerned with that. The video was posted as, “Look at this guy’s take and the comments of the viewers.” Sure his credentials aren’t most impressive, but I don’t know why you look down on him like the sh*t on someone’s shoe when he’s likely far better educated on the matter than you are? Yes, where you get your degrees from matters, especially in some career fields. I generally don’t sneer at others that have sought out higher education though. Sometimes people are limited due to financial resources, time, family, or other logistics and that determines where they study. This guy also isn’t claiming to be the next best thing since sliced bread soo…
Also, I don’t know if you are into conspiracy theories, but I think that you think that COTH has a much greater influence than it does. Which, fair enough, that’s your belief. Clearly everything and everyone is working against a LK, who is merely, a flawed human being…we cannot criticize her, only MB. Especially when he makes a rather PC statement about wishing everyone well, but it doesn’t matter what he said, does it? You’d take issue with anything that the man would say. I don’t care if his statement was hollow, or somewhat hollow, it was “safe” to say and entirely possible that he meant it after reflecting over the matter for awhile. Imagine that.
