He said the lawyer “responded” to the subpoenas, and that apparently referred to a one line email. That’s a pretty darn minimal response, but he never lied and said that the lawyer had responded with all the requested information.

Yes, and Judge Taylor, or someone of authority, was going to be told how posters on this forum were being manipulated and guided by Michael. It’s been taunts and threats by this family for YEARS. I wonder of the ink is dry on the cease and desist order issued to Dr Grande yet?

Erm, what lies do I “think” IM told…well, we know he lied about a few things and/or reported some form of distorted reality. He might’ve said some true things mixed in there every now and again.
I’m also referring to all posts by IM, not just the ones regarding the civil trial, although that is the topic of the thread so I can see why you’d think that.

So, on the topic of the thread, in case anyone missed these points of interest.
Here’s page 1 of Mr Deininger’s subpoena to Kirby Kanarek. Please take note the date to respond by is August 11th.
Here’s Bruce’s email supporting his firm’s response (and again, they don’t represent Kirby Kanarek, nor do they purport to do so in this email or any court filings to date).
Two things of note: the date, and the lack of info re: what this could refer to.
Perhaps that will be good enough for the judge. We should find out soon.
