MB was NOT enraged, he was terrified, he was sobbing, he thought the CPS worker was going to take his kids.(MHG’s kids), but he called them his kids. He LOVED them.

And the ear witness, I listed to that yesterday. He could not remember so much until his memory was refreshed. He got so angry at Blinkas during questioning.

And another thing about ear witness, before the jury was bought into the courtroom, the mics were on, there he and Taylor were talking about GOLF. Very chummy chummy. hmmmmmmmmmm

Indeed! I was completely gobsmacked watching the two police hearings at what they admitted they did NOT do and they offered no explanation! It was one eff-up after another! (FUBAR). Then Bilinkas began comparing their notes against their official reports and it all became much worse!! Schellhorn kept trying to explain and make excuses for the officers! No wonder by the time of the actual criminal trial Taylor decided he would closely monitor and prevent too much incompetence to be introduced! For anyone with a scintilla of LE procedures and training, it was nauseating. Full disclosure - I used to type my police training officer husband’s daily trainee reports with super detail on requirements versus accomplishments. This training was for patrol officers and defined covered initial crime scene processes, subduing all participants and witnesses, and protecting the integrity of all evidence, in addition to all other patrol officer training. Very intense OTJ 8 weeks!

There is no way anyone can say this incident was or wasn’t self defense based on the piss-poor performance of the MCPD.

Judge “you have to lay the groundwork and establish the witness as an expert.”

It cracks me up that the K’s biggest defense in their argument is that NGRI means guilty.

You have a mountain of evidence against LK, which is painfully obvious for anyone looking in on the trial, but some still choose to gloss over all that and argue over the most pointless details. It’s pitiful, really.

You don’t need my help to hammer anything. You’ve been hammering multiple times a day since the verdict. It hasn’t worked, it will never work, but you keep at it. If nothing else maybe it will give you the feeling of control (of the narrative)

Testimony
Officer Hensley placed the magazine in the “trunk” of Corporal Fellini’s car after he pulled it out of MB’s pocket.

Corporal Wurtenberg found the handgun where Corporal Heymer tossed it away from MB, cleared it, and placed it in the “back” of Corporal Fellini’s car next to the magazine.

I know you are going to check which I respect about you so testimony of Heymer and Wurtenberg are day 1. Testimony of Hensley is Day 5.

Detective Bailey on Day 1 and into Day 2 spoke of testing LK’s shirt with the IR camera. Our discussion earlier in the forum in the thread with a title similar to trial starting for MB later this week discussed testing on him, that just his hands were tested and no one else’s hands, but I haven’t found it in testimony. I also listened to Bill Stitt’s testimony but that seemed to just be on the weapons found.

Their testimony at the trial was different than their testimony at the hearings!!! When Bilinkas attempted to correct or question them he was immediately shut down!

Did I miss something? There were two dead bodies at the scene? So strange that two extra dead bodies at the scene did not come up at all at the trial.

Also, I don’t believe anything LK or RG said on the stand except that LK was shot. Their stories changed every time they told them. They couldn’t even keep the story straight between the two of them with 2.5 years to practice or even over two days of testimony.

If their stories matched completely, I would be more worried that they made it up.

They both said about the same thing. He came. He started shooting.

Anyone know why Ignore stopped working within the past 30 minutes?

Did the time it stopped working coincide with when you loaded this thread? I find that new replies posted while I’m reading will appear; anything posted before I open the thread is properly hidden. That is what reload fixes.

Also, my bathrobe is bright red. But when I’m reading I’m usually in sweats. They work much better if I suddenly realize it’s time to feed someone and I have to run outside. Am I still allowed in the mob?

I’m not worried about the elderly illegal mob and I’m not sure why you are. Do they bother you? Did I say I am an expert??? Nope, I indicated I have knowledge of what is trained and expected of police trainees in GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA. The GPD is widely known for having superior training requirements. The MCPD officers would have never graduated if they were recruits here with their extreme lack of ability.

Tell me Hutty, exactly what knowledge/experience do YOU have other than the Kanarek narrative and influence?

We’re you not part of the discussion when we all listened to the trial as it happened, not all necessarily but parts or shortly afterwards? Everyone heard things differently and got different meanings. We had to and still have to go back and check.

If you are getting the exact same stories in every way from people in your life, take another look. They may be “getting their stories straight.”

Yes. If you’re beaten to the point that you can’t remember what happened, it does become problematical when you need to defend yourself in court.

Well, if you miss or leave a witness, especially one that cares about the victim, alive then their self defense is justified to be as violent as it takes to stop you, no limits.

There is a HUGE difference between having the exact same story and having two stories that sound like they were created about two different experiences.

But then, we are once again talking about people who think it is OK for the police to only gather the evidence that supports their story and ignore the rest of the evidence that might support some other thing happened so I can see why those types of people would find these stories as matching.

If he is responsible for her being broken how do you explain all the horrible things she did to people prior to even knowing Michael?
Somehow he is at fault for her attacking GJ?
Somehow he is at fault for her sending fat shaming messages to one of the posters here long before all this happened?
Is it somehow Michael’s fault that she followed an innocent person around a store and made fun of them while recording them and then posted it on social media so she could continue making fun of them along with her followers making fun of them?

You forgot to add that she shot at RG, I mean his motorcycle. He just happened to be on or near it at the time.

Also, speaking of blaming the wrong person - your USDF medal, your responsibility. The rider should know what they need to do to qualify. Threatening to sue someone over a judge change is insane and shows a fundamental misunderstanding in how shows work and how a student and competitor should behave.
