They gathered enough. Circumstantial evidence and control of the handgun matter. The jury heard enough to form a verdict which stated the prosecutor proved the act beyond a reasonable doubt. The insanity just took a preponderance.

Well, you know, if someone can find it in their heart to plan on forging signatures and crafting fraudulent documents (aka willing to commit a crime), I think they could find it in their heart to easily lie under oath as well.

They didn’t have time before? 3 years? How can LK remember anything clearly. Flat line 2X, induced coma, loss of 50% of her blood, pain meds. Inconsistencies made their testimony clearer.
That is not how it works, that is not how any of this works.
They are supposed to gather all the evidence. Not just what makes their pre-decided case work.
Like, GSR, fingers prints, etc. Look in the various vehicles. Look all the various places they let Rob/Jim wander off on his own.
Heck, if one cop checked Michael and managed to not find a full clip on him that either (because there are two stories going around here as fact) it was found in the backseat where Michael was or put in the back of a car by some random officer who checked Michael later on…that shows that they did not do enough.
It is NOT ok for the police to just grab some evidence.
I am floored that anyone, on any side of the matter is happy with the police work here.

One would have thought. Sadly, it didn’t come across that way at all in one trial. Maybe they’ll do better in the next.
She’s the one that says she does, not me. But then again, she also tells a whole lot of different versions. So, maybe she doesn’t.
Too bad all those versions are out in the world. That’s not going to help her credibility in the civil suit.

We don’t judge and definitely don’t suspend based on robe choice. Even a 65 year old ratty chenile robe is perfectly wonderful! There is no robe discrimination with this Mob!!
