@ekat, earlier there was a discussion about filing complaints about the comments of Judge Taylor at the Krol hearing, wrt MBs dress and grooming.
I was curious about your thoughts on that.

Considering, as a family, they appear to never admit to ever doing anything wrong, it is not likely they will drop the suit. It would be nice, but I am doubting that is what is happening.

In case anyone is interested, Dr. Grande did a podcast with two others about the case. I think they did a good job with their analysis, for the most part. It’s interesting to see how people outside the horse world view the case.

FYI: Here is the link to file an official complaint regarding Judge Taylor’s comments about Michael’s appearance, his behavior during the criminal trial and the mention that the Kanareks said they were going to submit Victim Statements at the Krol Hearing. We don’t know that they did, but it would have been inappropriate for Taylor to be influenced by their sob story.

I know. It got shut down before I could ask @eggbutt if I could join the mob. I provisionally added mine. (I know I did it wrong, but I spent 2 hours (!) trying to figure out how to do it and gave up). Oh, and I don’t have a basement.

I did listen to some random snippets and amazingly the three presenters have similar thoughts about the PD that we do, including not properly securing RG until later.
