Sigh.

Let’s talk science, which is proof.
Shell casings only prove that two bullets were fired, not by whom.
Bullet wounds only prove that LK was shot, not who shot her.,
Ear witness (someone who has not been shown to lie, and who has little reason to lie) supports that two shots were fired, and that LK claimed that MB shot her. No proof who shot her, or what the situation was when she was shot.
911 call demonstrates that LK claimed that MB shot her. No proof.
Proof exists that LK and RG have lied about the events on that day (and on other days).

No forensics that would demonstrate who shot whom. No tape turned over to the police.

My inner Spock says “fascinating.” But not scientifically proven.

A question - Why would MB have gone to the house with a gun, if as far as he knew, LK and RG where not there (per Fire Marshal)? Did anyone tell him that they were there? Did he think that Rosie was there - that LK and RG would have left her there?

Apparently, the desperate need to rinse and repeat repeatedly has warped into high gear today. These folks are gonna explode when the civil trials begin and they can’t argue about the criminal trial any longer. It is almost sad in a juvenile sort of way. Saying something hundreds of times over several threads does not make it fact. Are they just cutting and pasting old posts?

This is the second time I have read a post from you about this alluding to someone having power to delay his release. Do you have information on that or are you just guessing?

Gosh, coincidence is a powerful thing! Why did Schellhorn wait at least 10 days to sign Taylor’s order to move Micheal? Was he really busy, on vacation, playing monopoly, dragging his feet? It is sadly apparent the bitterness and bias Taylor and Schellhorn have shown over this case and the influence the Kanareks have attempted. It isn’t lost on me that hundreds of total strangers, unrelated to this tiny forum, have come to the same conclusion. Finish the Bastard seems to be alive and well in NJ IMO.

alright I was just looking for a simple yes or no not a riddle lol no idea what you’re on about especially going on about internet strangers like I do not care about internet commentors lol Most comments on social media are not from people I care to follow to be honest. Just curious if there was something else nefarious happening behind the scenes.

In relation to your comments what exactly is it do you think that makes them be the Ks doers? Money? Friendship?

I have no idea. If it is true the Kanareks submitted sob letters to Taylor and Schellhorn, which was against procedure, and if those sob letters influenced their actions over the advice of the professionals at AK, that is a problem in my world.

Mike Smith in the video says: “I am sure he remembers grabbing a gun, but he also, like his lawyer stated that he grabbed the gun because he was going to go confront. He didn’t grab it to go up there and kill them, but he was afraid that, if he went and confronted them, they would, he would be in danger for his life. So he was bringing it for his own protection. And since there had been physical altercations between him and the boyfriend before, that is a reasonable thing for a person to do.”

I don’t recall the physical altercations part.

My understanding was they wanted to plead self defense but entered NGRI. It seems odd you can enter more than one plead.

I wonder what we may or may not see, besides that follow up video.

Both NGRI and NG by reason of self defense are affirmative defenses.

I agree it is unusual to enter both as pleas, but that is what he did.

It used to be that one could first plead NG by reason of self defense, and that when that failed, then subsequently plead NGRI, but it was changed and now one must plead both defenses simultaneously rather than consecutively if you want to plead both.
