Makes a person wonder what or if there is a limit to her actions from whatever disorder she and what that might be.

I’ve come to believe there is no limit.

As I said in an earlier post, once you have crossed the line to file a false safe sport report on somebody, you’ve pretty much shown you have no limits on your behavior.

Ditto for calling the fire marshal, etc., etc. But the false safe sport report for spite is really on a whole other level.

I wonder what exactly did RG need out of LK’s locker in the barn anyway. The horses he let RC and the barn staff take care of and his clothes were in the house a quarter of a mile away.

I wonder why it was such a big secret? I mean, Seeker had no problems accepting her responsibility and actions in this debacle of an incident that was intended to FTB.

Because what lawyer in their right mind would post that many details on a horse forum?

Possibly one who taught LK everything mean, spiteful, petty, dangerous, and awful she knows?

Perhaps she learned that in NC from other older acquaintances.

Although I have this poster on ignore, the forum unfortunately decided to show me this response. It is a nonsensical response to the question about the kind of lawyer who would post as many details as he did, not where LK learned her awful behavior, which, incidentally, began long before she was in NC. Peace out and now switching from ignore to block.

Really, is “block” an option?

Please note she did not report this to the appropriate law enforcement agency, as she was required to do by the state and by SafeSport. Which completely undermines the claim IMO

I think it was intentional. People who make false CPS reports can be pursued with criminal charges in some states.

Imagine trying to argue that your false reports of child abuse with the intentions of ruining a man are “not that bad” and trying to split hairs because the false allegations meant “verbal abuse,” not sexual or physical abuse (although the SS complaint did not distinguish between physical or sexual abuse).

What kind of person do you have to be to believe any false allegations “aren’t that bad?” Truly, this blows my mind. Any false allegations are heinous. There is NO PROOF of ANY form of child abuse, as indicated by the prosecutor in his interview on 48 hours and others. Verbal, sexual, physical, whichever, they are all FALSE allegations with the intentions of destroying someone’s livelihood and career. That is what jurors in the civil trial will take note of. It is disgusting behavior and disgusting to defend.

I think some are so caught up in trying to manipulate the facts of the case that they don’t realize how terrible they look doing so. Heads buried in the sand. I, for one, won’t be defending anyone that reports false allegations of child abuse. That is indefensible.

In the middle of the screen shot is a requirement that an adult member who suspects child abuse MUST report it to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

You don’t dump it on other agencies to handle. As a responsible USEF member and adult 18 years old or older - LK was required to do more.

One time my vet explained to me that a horse can kick you on accident, but a bite is always intentional. LK and Krew’s actions were intentional - there was nothing accidental about the FTB plan.

OK, I am immediately getting sidetracked from the legal issues to think about the validity of this statement from the vet.

I think a horse can bite you accidentally if you happen to get in his way as he is biting a carrot or a fly or another horse, for example. Just had to get that off my chest. Lol.
