There is no evidence LK or RG took the gun. LK’s clothes were tested for gunshot residue and had none.

One must meet criteria and face the consequences before a grand jury and court of law which MB had and was found to have committed the act beyond a reasonable doubt which would otherwise have been a crime except he was found to be insane at the time by a preponderance of opinion.

I think it is pretty obvious that at least one of the subpoenas Mod 1 mentioned was intended to provided confirmation on the IM account. I also think the Ks were told yesterday by the case manager that they’ll most likely have to turn over the transcripts. Now the name of the game is trying to deflect the meaning of the reported abuse. I expect we are playing this game because it’s the last way to try to seed doubt and control the narrative. Everything else on this topic lost. Just about everything else on this topic has been revealed….and I’m pretty confident, based on history, that when it is revealed what was in the SS report, it’ll be just like everything else……what everyone knew it was and that two or three posters were blowing smoke.

May or may not have been testimony about MB telling JH the safe combo while in the office. I just flat out don’t remember, but I think it was at least implied that happened.

And gunshot residue doesn’t happen because you pick up a gun and remove it from a safe….so not relevant to the argument in front of you.

You are apparently confused.

No one here believes she was shot for being annoying. No one here believes she should have been shot for being annoying.

What we ACTUALLY believed is that MB was assaulted FIRST. Jumped, beaten and physically abused by Lauren Shay Kanarek, Robert Guy Goodwin and Rosie Kujo Shouldbeputtosleep and that the gun discharged EITHER accidentally as a result of the struggle OR in self defense and that the INITIATING EVENT was MB getting jumped.

This scenario is evidenced by LKs OWN TESTIMONY that she beat MB in the head with her phone for 7 minutes. If that happened AFTER she was shot there wasn’t the time nor would she have been capable as it would have increased the speed of bleeding out after being shot at point blank range center mass blah blah blah.

Suppose your hairdresser (farrier, doctor, whatever) tells you they are done and to move on. Add that everyone is publicly discussing how dangerous and miserable everyone is. I dare say what Lauren Shay Kanarek does is beyond the regular type of malignant narcissism. Her apparent appetite for raging and attempting to demean a plethora of posters on multiple social media sites speaks to some sort of disorder a myriad and a half above and beyond your garden variety malignant narcissist.

Her behavior regarding the case SHE INITIATED is also quite odd. It’s as if she and her family have discovered their position is not as certain as they initially presented and their actions speak to possibly numerous vulnerabilities. Perhaps had they kept their mouths shut it would not be so.

I’m not sure what the clinical name for Lauren Shay Kanarek’s defectiveness might be but given the fascination of psychologists, psychiatrists and others in that community regarding her behavior it seems she is of a rare sort indeed.

Makes a person wonder what or if there is a limit to her actions from whatever disorder she has and what affliction that might be.
