Doesn’t the owner or trainer at the farm where they are now have a couple of young kids? I think I remember seeing them in a video posted by the farm on their Facebook page. They looked like cute kids playing with their dogs and ponies, as I recall.

And here we go again pulling in the current barn where employees of the new owner of COTH also train. What threats against the new barn now? I highly recommend not dragging them into this.

Her SS complaint was for verbal non physical abuse.

Claiming MB was teaching a boy, and not just any random boy either, to sexually harass/abuse girls would meet those standards. Verbal - check, sexual - check.

If true, she or anyone else should have reported both. Maybe if that was done early enough the intervention of a conversation with authority would be enough to deter later increased behavior. We agree.

I wonder if we’ll see rulings today after the judge has had a chance to review the case manager’s notes today. I bet they gave JK/KK 30 days or less to get their discovery in/find representation or the judge will find contempt and told LK to get her butt up to NJ for a deposition.

There was sufficient evidence (more than a shred) that he shot her that the jury declined to find him NG. They could have found him NG, as they found RG NG, but they didn’t.

Even before the jury rendered their verdict of NGRI, at the moment the jury requested to replay the testimony of the psychiatric experts, at that point it was clear to observers that the jury determined that he shot her.

There is not one shred of evidence that you have me on ignore, though. Surprise, surprise.

I wonder why it was such a big secret? I mean, Seeker had no problems accepting her responsibility and actions in this debacle of an incident that was intended to FTB.

Because what lawyer in their right mind would post that many details on a horse forum?

Possibly one who taught LK everything mean, spiteful, petty, dangerous, and awful she knows?

You finally understand that she checked yes for sexual abuse and “verbal” child abuse by acknowledging that by claiming that MB was teaching someone to pop bras that she was claiming MB was “verbally abusing (through verbal instruction)” children in a “sexual manner”. It’s a neat word parsing trick, so I can understand why it’s confused you for so long.

To bad you still can’t figure out that because it was investigated and found to be unsubstantiated that means it was a lie meant to further the FTB plot. D- on this comprehension exam.

Yes, he asked CPS lady and MHG to leave the office. End of evidence of what happened in the office. Anything after that is conjecture and there is evidence for two possibilities: MB took the gun or LK/RG did.

And now we digress. No I don’t agree with this post. Her report to SS was validated by him shooting her.

There is no evidence she reported the bra and bikini unfastening. There was no sexual abuse reporting.

I actually agree with that in regards to SM posts. I also think that trait is shared by posters here. Some even just use the word “wrong” on a post with links to backup when they know they Know the information to be correct.

Wrong.

Posters have all sorts of styles. As for myself I prefer being direct and precise. As I have been.

I am not a parroting bot. I believe LK’s behavior met emergency eviction for disorderly conduct but not being shot.
