I am with you guys on this. The allegations were false. They weren’t justified in any way. But that didn’t stop LK.
What really bothers me in addition to all that’s been said, is, in a normal CPS report, at some point they want to talk to the kids. So, now you have kids trying to answer things that they shouldn’t have to because some alleged adult thought that a fake report was a cool thing to do.
Said adult thought about it enough they googled the phone number Twice, as early as July 12. And when it came down to it, said adult didn’t care the potential trauma THEY were inflicting on the kids.
It’s sick.

This pic is so dead on. It’s dead on for LK, it’s dead on for anyone attempting to justify her behavior. Dead on.
On a side note, you know what I would be sweating over if I were LK? The now plethora of opinions on LK that the civil trial’s jurors will have access to online. They will see that 99.9 percent of the public is strongly against the actions of LK. They will see the details and the interpretations by mental health experts and law professionals. Yes, jurors aren’t supposed to get online and research people involved in a case. But do they anyways? Heck yea.
Like I’ve said before, I can go play in interstate traffic but I can’t be too appalled when I finally get ran over due to my destructive and highly irresponsible decision of playing in said traffic. The public has a tendency to hold one responsible for their own behavior, even when family members or trolls won’t.

Here in lies the rub, LK knows no shame. She is incapable of accepting any responsibility for ANY of her actions. ANY possibility she helped create the end result.
There is a diagnosis somewhere for her, or many. And for RG and all the K’s. The least of which is the enabling part.
And no she should not have been shot.

Self defense is a constitutional right and I will die on that hill.
Self defense can’t be ruled out. There is not enough evidence to rule it out.
Self defense is not pretty when one has to defend their own life but in those circumstances, people are often shot.

I too am a FIRM believer that the so called evidence did NOT prove that MB shot LK.
Edited to add: I put in the she should not have been shot because a few posters seem to think those of us who are defending justice and truth feel LK got what she deserved.

Well said @ekat. All of which further shows she had no concern for the kids. It takes a special kind of evil to damage children. It also takes a special kind of evil to abuse CPS’s resources so that it delays intervention and help with other abused children.

I work for DCS (not in NJ) and this happens more often than people would think. It takes a special kind of crazy to make a false report about child abuse.

Hey - I missed this earlier.
So, here’s what we know about her SS report(s), and understand we have to rely on her testimony on these points until more info comes out.
LK testified she called SS once on an indeterminate date in the week leading up to the shooting (I’m pretty sure she bragged about that here and elsewhere, also).
She then called them again on Aug 5th, the day she got the emailed eviction notice, and offered up a formal complaint.
The report summary that is attached to one of the pleadings in the civil case is dated Dec 1, 2020.
So, it appears, at this time, it was a verbal complaint.

I think at one point she claimed that SS recorded the conversation between her and the agency representative….or somehow a transcript was made.

Tell me please, what DOES she deserve? Not only for what she did to everyone at HH, but for what she’s done for years to all her victims?
As a parent I can’t rationalize or comprehend how she was allowed to mature into the monster she is without getting her mental help. Of course there must have been signs of antisocial behavior many, many years ago. Her parents are as responsible as she is IMO, and I say that because they still defend and enable her. Of course IM-JK says she’s simply a “pain in the ass”. This particular PIA should be committed for many, many years in a high security psych hospital. I can’t imagine her parents wouldn’t be relieved to know she was locked in a place where she couldn’t hurt anyone again.

I’ve read that a time or two. Heck, even IM/JK said there’s a transcript. But so far that transcript hasn’t shown up anywhere.
It’s a long IM/Jonathan Kanarek post and hard to screenshot because of it’s length. But it’s an interesting one.

There are so many unanswered questions about this case it is mind boggling. It is certainly frustrating for us to have so many questions I can’t even imagine how it must be for MB and the people close to him.
I feel like there is some big missing piece the day of the shooting that may never be revealed. I have my suspicions but that is all they are.
