MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

Anything in here that attempts to vindicate LK, and place all blame on MB still makes me ill.

There is an ad teasing some creepy new TV show that I keep seeing. This woman kills a baby, and then calls 911, and screams that she is being attacked, etc.

Then, she looks at the camera, and says “and that is me getting away with it.”

Remind you of anyone?

You do realize that this argument only works against someone who TESTIFIED in OPEN COURT that they LIE on social media, yes?

It’s seems unlikely that @trubandloki will have occasion to address the issue of the veracity of her SM posts in court in the foreseeable future, so she will not need to face face that question under oath.

Until she faces a court date as a witness, you apparently believe that she is free to lie on SM as much as she wishes.

On a side note, you know what I would be sweating over if I were LK? The now plethora of opinions on LK that the civil trial’s jurors will have access to online. They will see that 99.9 percent of the public is strongly against the actions of LK. They will see the details and the interpretations by mental health experts and law professionals. Yes, jurors aren’t supposed to get online and research people involved in a case. But do they anyways? Heck yea.

I would imagine that her head is exploding seeing so many opinions against her.

As for the jurors, they have not been selected yet because this case is not yet anywhere near ready to go to a courtroom, so the longer it takes for this to get to the actual court phase, the greater the chances that Jane/John Doe Public will have seen something about the case already. And since there are no jurors yet, there are no restrictions on what they can see or hear. If/when it does come time for jury selection, the problem might become finding those who haven’t heard anything about the case!

I’m assuming they are going to run full force ahead regardless how futile their suit appears to be because that’s how they roll - finish the bastard and all that. Super, if they enjoy continued humiliation, I’m sure there will be plenty coming their way.

I think at one point she claimed that SS recorded the conversation between her and the agency representative….or somehow a transcript was made

Would that recording be available via FOIA?

The uncle is RG’s on YT. He’s been very vocal about how upset he is by the behavior they engage in.

We’re thinking of 2 different people. There’s a Stephen B Lerner who supports her on FB and seems to be related.

She is named as a defendant (right before John Does 1-30 and ABC Corporations 1-20 ) , but most of the activity has been on behalf of MB and SGF.
