MB Civil Trial: JK/KK Contempt of Court?

So, randomly, I know we’ve touched on this but, I’m circling back.

Back in Jan 2021, SGF’s attorneys filed a Motion to Compel Lauren Kanarek to produce the interrogatories that were due back in Nov/Dec 2020. The Motion was granted and she was ordered to produce the docs.

Discovery was stayed not long after that because of the pending Criminal trial.

So, now we are back in discovery, and here we have the defendants filing to Motions for Contempt for witnesses because the first deadline after the stay was lifted was missed, and another Motion to Compel the Plaintiff, this time to sit in person for a deposition in a lawsuit she started.

I don’t really know where I’m going with this other than, how long before the judge is super annoyed?

I think many of us are interested in the legal aspects, etc. And very much appreciate the actual legal knowledge being shared regarding the various filings.

Who cares if someone thinks RG is a “hero”? Who cares what someone’s opinion on what/when/how judges manage their calendars? Arguing with that is like waiting for rain in a drought….disappointing and useless.

Florida is not a common law marriage state so his unwed time with her counts for nothing. She could dump him at any time or her circumstances change and he’s left on the street. But a job opportunity puts him back to being the master of his own destiny.

I imagine such a possibility would be quite inviting.

Also, wouldn’t agreeing to testify on behalf of Barisone “in exchange for …” constitute bribing a witness?

I seem to remember forum or SM posts that MB never paid him for the work he did originally, just complained about it and he thinks MB shot at him

He would leave the woman he loves for more of that? Just don’t see it.

You must be talking about RG!!

Michael Barisone has absolutely nothing to “clean up”!! His reputation and support is strong and intact. The same can’t be said for any Kanarek.

But, I’m sure your opinion is greatly appreciated!
