If you’re saying that that is bizarre behavior on the face of it, I agree. Getting a handgun and shooting someone in broad daylight is even more bizarre behavior.

I personally still have a truckload of reasonable doubt about how the handgun got there and when the struggle occurred. Perhaps we will learn more.

The jury found that MB was insane; delusional. Why are you still trying to interpret his actions based on the assumption that he was acting rationally?

I am trying to interpret the extremely bizarre behavior, complete with escalating harassment, exhibited by the PLAINTIFF in this case, and the weight it bears on the events.

Yes, it’s information he gave to the 911 operator in response to the question “What is your emergency?”

The escalating harassment coming from LK and RG will no doubt be evaluated for its contribution to the event. However, their failure to leave in April or May or June or July does not strike me as “bizarre”, given that there is no evidence that he asked them to leave prior to Aug 5/6.

MHG doesn’t represent MBs wishes; she represents her own wishes.

MB was the owner of the training business, and it was on him to clearly articulate that he, not just MHG wanted LK gone.

MHG could most certainly act as agent on behalf of MB. Yours is a ridiculous argument. As they were a couple being asked to leave is being added to leave.

If MHG was a legal agent for MB and told LK to leave in April, why didn’t Deininger in his suit against the police give the April date as the date they were told to vacate, and instead admit that they were first told to vacate on Aug 5th?

Before the trial, how many times did Lauren post here, and on Facebook that no one EVER asked her to leave, that no eviction notice ever happened?

And then, the trial happened and we found out she was lying.

I suspect we will find out that, in addition to her own FATHER, who was part of the deal that got her to NJ per Rob and was now negotiating her exit, Lauren knew she had been asked to leave prior to Aug 5th.

Well when I was out on a date with him last Saturday (he wore too much cologne btw) I asked him that very question and he said he didn’t feel like endlessly debating what was verbally said as they would just lie through their tooth and say it never happened anyway. So he went with what had an Affidavit of Service as proof. Just easier.

And he was right. That’s exactly what happened and what continues to happen with some posters here.

Not that I heard. There was testimony that MHG made it clear that she, MHG, wanted LK gone as early as April.

But LK was training with Barisone. I saw no testimony that Barisone requested she leave prior to Aug 5/6.

MHG testified she told her to leave, not just that she wanted her gone.

Perhaps one day Michael will tell the world when he first asked her to leave. I suspect it was long before his attorney started negotiating her leaving with her father, for crying out loud, in July.

You don’t think he told his attorney, Deininger, when he first asked/told her to leave?

Deininger stated in a legal filing that it was Aug 5, 2019.

I know that the remote monitoring system used by my state’s public universities is not difficult to beat. I help my grad school advisor with grading and have heard from multiple faculty members, from the start of lockdown, how rampant cheating became when they switched to remote testing. So it is possible to beat. I’m sure there are ways to perfect it, like going with an MCAT-style room/setup, but I imagine that style of monitoring, if used for a deposition, would be much more uncomfortable than sitting down in person for a depo.

I can’t stop wondering if LKs beastie Shelly Nelly Belly (,I think thats what she called her) will be subpoenaed for testimony or whatever they call it about having heard and seen the tapes. Lauren had also claimed she had given them, or copies of them to her to hold for safekeeping, , although I don’t have a copy of that FB exchange, I did read it, and I’m sure the lawyers have it. I can’t see how they would omit calling her in.

Not legal in the state of NJ, you must file a stableman’s lein in order to take possession of a horse owned by a boarder in default.

A landlord cannot seize property of a tenant in a bid to get them to voluntarily leave. It’s a big no-no.
