MB update

I would bet one of the other dudes is MHG. That would explain why k klan has gone great lengths to attack her character and blame her entirely.

ETA: and if also RG, why he has never been defended or praised except for the moment he outran a bullet.

Find a new laundry boy/ driver/ groom/ super hero? Post an ad on Monster or Indeed? Hire a recruiter to fill the position?

No daddy to withdraw money from “the bank”?

Hmmm, that interesting tidbit makes we wonder why someone has been so insistent recently that RG was a hero for “saving three lives that day.” Now why would she throw the hero of the day under the bus?

Stay out of people’s medicine cabinets & offices.

Because people of a certain morality do that. Every rat for themselves.

I did not say removing the firing pins was “nefarious”. Quite the opposite, it was probably prudent.

I’m asking why the safe contained several hand guns which were inoperable because the firing pins were removed. IF the firing pins were removed because it was known that MB, or someone else on the farm was mentally unstable, and/or had anger issues, then that would indicate to me that someone knew having operable handguns on the property posed a significant risk. IMHO, that supports LKs claim that SGF was negligent in permitting RC to illegally bring the gun used in the shooting on the property.

MHG teleported on the scene, released Rosie, beat Michael senseless, broke Michael’s arm and magically disappeared? Seems like a bit of a reach.

But the firing pins WERE NOT removed for that reason. Logic dictates that for that line of reasoning to be true then ALL the guns should have been inoperable, not just one.

If LK is trying to hold MHG liable, why would she have refrained from naming her in the suit?

Because LK is holding RG responsible not MHG.

But there WERE operational hand guns on the property. Two of them.

Again, that’s not her specific claim. I posted her claim against SGF up thread.

No, I’m saying LK could possibly state that MHG was responsible for his mental distress, not LK.

I agree that they have certainly pointed fingers at her. But LK certainly didn’t sue her for anything (yet). I can’t fathom a way to make her liable for Michael’s broken head and arm. And those dog bites.

Since you keep bringing this up - a friend inherited a handgun from his father, and they had the firing pin removed before transporting it to the state where my friend resided, in accordance with the law at the time. So that is one non-nefarious reason why a firing pin might be removed.

It depends on your audience, though. When telling your tail of woe, and explaining the evil acts of a nefarious Michael Barisone, you need the hero. But when you’re staring down a counter claim for the injuries, well, RG is a convenient scapegoat.

My, my how the tables have turned in this group. For 2 1/2 years I have been the whipping boy for the Kanarek supporters for my “speculations” and ideas of events of the day; but, now it is okay for those supporters (g) to make grandiose assumptions and accusations using the word “if” and slinging absolutely ridiculous scenarios of Barisone removing specific firing pins but not others; of not paying a portion of his medical bills due to nefarious reasons; and, my person favorite of the day - his insurance company, partners and EVERYBODY should have known Barisone was mentally ill and violent. Yet, our 3D, super astute chess player waltzed right in, eyes wide open with her plans to destroy Barisone and his business. Seriously? Do you really read and/or believe what you post?

This really has become comedy with the grasping of LK defense at all costs.

Rather insulting to rats don’t you think (and I hate rats!)?
