MD FTGH- 5yo TB Mare- best suited for a Broodmare Job

Hatta- 2008 TB mare, ready to call it quits at the track, needs some let down time prior to pasture time, but would be a good candidate for a small breeding program, pasture mate, or companion.

Pedigree: http://www.pedigreequery.com/hatta4

Interested parties please PM me for more information.

Wow. That is a VERY well bred mare. Wish I wasn’t poor!

Seriously well bred!

Just so you know, COTH rules prevent advertising horses for sale. If you are giving her away, you can list her in that section.

LOVE me some Kris S line broodies!

Sunshinesummertime, your inbox for PMs is full. I’m very interested in the mare if she is still available, and can pick her up pretty much immediately.

Feel free to call me. 610-864-7321

Thanks
Sheila

The FTGH in the subject is meaning that she is Free to GOOD home. We want her to be placed quickly, properly and to the best home possible. I have posted in the giveaways, but know a lot of good breeders would see her lines and might not frequent the Giveaways forum.

I also have her full pedigree page pasted below here:

She is amazing on paper! Hope she lands in a great place!

I would love to see a photo. Sadly I am hardly in the market for a broodie but this is such an astoundingly well bred mare that I can hardly wrap my brain around it. Is she sound to ride?

Her dam line makes me all giddy inside. I’m not in the market for another TB broodie but if I was, I’d snatch her up in a heart beat.

Well, we got her. I picked her up yesterday. She’s sounder than I thought she would be from her description, even though she won’t be sound enough to be ridden. I was worried it would be hard to keep her pasture sound (we got her as a broodmare), but it looks like she’ll be fine with maybe some occasional maintenance. She’s super kind and VERY affectionate. She’s pretty underweight even for a racing TB, but she’s tall. When she lets down and fills out, she’s going to be huge! If anyone wants to see pictures, let me know. She’s a nice looking mare, and did I mention how sweet she is?

And for anyone else that is looking for horses in the future, the trainer, Ferris Allen, was great to work with, very up front about her soundness issues, and extememly prompt with phone calls. It was very easy to deal with him.

I want to see pictures!

I want to see pictures also!!!

I want to see pictures too!

Yes, pictures!

Thrilled to know that you are satisfied with your new mare. Congratulations! Picture would be greatly appreciated, too.

Pictures, please.

Add me to the “pictures please!” group!

I would also love to see pictures!!

And just think how cool before & after photos will be!
