None of this document, or GAS’s previous document explains why Jonathan and Kirby Kanarek blew right past the court-ordered deadline in mid-December to respond. Of course, Bruce was still representing Lauren at that point, but Jonathan and Kirby still should have responded back then, even if it was their own attorneys filing a motion to quash.
That is what I do not understand. Why wait until motions for contempt are before the court, and then feel “constrained” to respond? It’s very odd.
It’s not condescending. RB passed her along to DK because RB does not have a facility of her own. She’s more of a traveling trainer.
My personal feeling is RB also recommended LK go to DK because RB is a no nonsense person and was displeased with LK not showing up for lessons and shows.

I am incredibly offended by the post saying RG went to Islamabad with zero documentation of proof. Do you realize what a slap in the face that entire post is to survivors of actual 9/11 (several members here) as well as those with family members who went to the Middle East, fought, were maimed, some gave the ultimate sacrifice while RG did what exactly?

Also… no Marines deployed to Islamabad. The fighting was happening in Afghanistan. Yes… parts of the Pakistani intelligence services and military clearly supported parts of the Taliban and Al Qaeda. But… there were no US troops sent to Islamabad to fight immediately after 9/11.

Why in the world would @Inigo-montoya post on this thread trying to “out” someone as LO… if he didn’t actually know for a fact that the person is LO?
The whole thing just makes him look slightly unhinged. It also makes him look like a very angry, and very foolish person, who lacks much in the way of impulse control, all while his daughter is in the midst of a very messy lawsuit.

So the filing by GAS states that Lauren Kanarek lied about having audio and visual recordings because if she had had them, they would have been used in the criminal case (despite being illegal - wowza - GAS isn’t impressing me with legal acumen).
Why has his attempt to dox Trubandloki not gotten him banned?
It’s certainly one way to try to defend that wiretapping claim. I wonder how he’ll explain the texts and the court testimony, and such?
How does an attorney magically represent people who he clearly doesn’t represent?
His client is Lauren Kanarek. Neither Jonathan or Kirby are his clients.
