Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

Another family with musical talent all over the place is Steven Tyler’s (Steven Victor Tallarico). His dad was a very good musician in his own right. Pretty neat stuff.

Obituary for Victor Alphonse Tallarico

Victor was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Susan Ray (Blancha) Tallarico. He leaves a brother, Ernest Tallarico, of Tampa, Florida, two children, Steven and Lynda; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many friends.
Long-time summer residents of Sunapee, Susan and Victor divided their time between their Trow Hill home and the Hunt Community, a residential community in Nashua.
Victor attended Columbia University and the Julliard Conservatory. He taught music at the Foxwood School on Long Island, at Cardinal Spellman private high school in the Bronx, and also gave private lessons.
Victor was born in Manhattan on May 14, 1916. His father Giovanni and mother Constance (Neidhart) were both musicians. Constance taught piano and Giovanni conducted and played saxophone and cello.
Victor was an accomplished pianist, whose musical career started early. At the age of 7 he began playing professionally.
As a young man, Victor played the ballrooms of the majestic old resort hotels of Sunapee – the Granliden, the Soo-Nipi, the Indian Cave Lodge, Twin Lake Villa, and the Lake Sunapee Yacht Club. Victor’s brother Ernie played saxophone with him; the duo were accompanied by Stuffy Gregory and Ray Cavicchio. Later, Victor’s son, Steven, joined the combo as drummer.
A World War Two veteran, Victor played sousaphone in the Army Band, and played piano at civilian club dates on the weekends. It was at Fort Dix that Victor met Susan Blancha, whom he married in 1945. After the War, Victor declined an offer to join the Glenn Miller Band because of his family responsibilities.
During the summers in Sunapee, Victor played a series of concerts at the Methodist Church, which extended over many years. Originally, he played these accompanied by his mother, Constance.
Victor had a longtime engagement at the Westchester Country Club in Rye, New York where he played with a dance band on Saturday nights for 15 years.
Among Victor’s proudest accomplishments were his offspring: Lynda, a retired teacher who resides in southern Vermont, and Steven, who, having been well launched into the music business by Victor, became famous as Steven Tyler, the lead singer of the rock band Aerosmith.
With other members of the Tallarico family, Vic and Sue ran Trow-Rico, a summer resort in Sunapee. In all, four generations of Tallaricos participated in the operation of the music camp and family resort through the decades.
Long into his retirement, Victor continued to play professionally, and at the age of 93 was still giving concerts in Nashua at the Hunt Home and performing for cocktail hour each week.

At what point in the civil lawsuit timeline would the obligation to maintain the records been created?

There are people who would say whatever they think might work. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. They are not bound by the same boundaries or ethics as other people.

There is nothing they won’t do, nothing they won’t say. Nothing is off limits. Just win win win.

So saying something on Monday and then saying something else on Tuesday in direct contradiction is just fine if it gets you to prevail.

Do, say, whatever you must to win. That’s what certain people do.

I said I would buy lottery tickets and eat freeze dried larvae we sell at work if JK actually answered any relevant questions.

I’m safe, no gross bugs for me.

But he said he would answer on March 8th. He could not be lying, could he?

I just went back and reread the transcript of Mr. B questioning LK about the recording devices.

She stated that RG bought the recording devices from Amazon. She also states several times that she thought there were two devices but “I could be wrong.” And that she wasn’t in charge of them but RG was. And that they were installed in their apartment and her locker, and they (she and RG?) would listen to them via their computer.

Question 1 - Is it possible there were more than two devices (perhaps unbeknownst to LK) and RG planted one in the clubroom or MB’s office? I can’t remember if he was queried about that as much as LK was.

Question 2 - Does anyone know if that computer (assume it was a laptop) was collected as part of the evidence after the shooting? I don’t recall seeing it mentioned anywhere else but may have missed it. If it was not collected by the PD, then I am thinking it was undoubtedly picked up by JK/RG when they returned to HH the day after the shooting. It boggles the mind to think about how much evidence may have been on that device.

Well, there is the device that was put by the dumpster, and Lauren Kanarek clearly knew about that device, so that makes me assume that Lauren was playing clueless during those answers. Poor little woman who just does not know about these things and can not be held accountable for them because she is just so unaware. (Which we can only hope that the jurors see right thru and are totally insulted by.)

So, this is either Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Stark/Superman/Michael Goodwin/Speedbump demanding that Lauren Kanarek install a bug by the dumpster (which does not match her testimony that Robert Guy Goodwin did all that stuff) or is it Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) demanding that Lauren Kanarek and Robert Guy Goodwin install a bug by the dumpster, which is not a good look for Jonathan Kanarek either.
But either answer does not really fit with what Lauren Kanarek testified to under oath.

Edit to add - Oh look, that testimony that @DownYonder so nicely included in their post is yet another example of poor Robert Guy Goodwin being tossed under the bus. “He did it, it was not meeeeeeeee.”

A jury of homeowners will not take kindly to grifter non tenant occupants bugging their home, property and place of business.

Nope, not one bit.

Hmmmm. This is interesting to go back and read.

Thanks for sharing it.

My immediate thought? Did they edit the audio clips on their computer to try and shape conversations MB and others were having to make it SEEM like there was some plot? Then make a transcript of the edited audio files and send it in to SafeSport?

I wonder if it’s even possible to tell at this point if any of the audio files were edited.

This, to me, is a pretty dodge, to avoid lying under oath and also not answering the question. She could be wrong, there could be 74 recording devices.

Without really good audio, minimal background noise, and clean “room tone”, it would be very difficult to edit audio together in a seamless way to make it appear someone said something they did not. There would be telltale clicks when the two clips abut each other, which would be difficult to cover with a cross fade. Room tone helps cover up some of that, but you really do need good audio to accomplish that convincingly. I imagine this wasn’t really high quality audio and that there is a lot of background noise. There probably is a lot of room tone if the recorders were left running, but I don’t think they have the skills to pull that off unless one of them is a skilled sound editor.

ETA: although maybe there was minimal background noise in the club room and office…

What was their plan? If it was to get rid of MHG so MB could train LK 100%, how would that have worked with MB banned by USEF/SS due to their report?

Interesting. Thanks for sharing your technical knowledge

In this post, @trubandloki seems to realize that when the transcript of the texts indicates an incoming text, the reader doesn’t know who the sender is.

Technically, it could be anybody, but here Trubandloki explicitly considers that it could be either RG or JK.

It’s gratifying to me that after only 10 repetitions, trubandloki seems to understand that one can’t just assume who the author of an incoming text is, simply because that is the person you want to taunt and denigrate.

Will she ever admit that there is similar ambiguity as to who wrote the “ha ha, maybe they’ll be homeless” text. Probably not.

What happened here confirms what almost all here already knew- the KKlan is a family of liars and grifters.

Either way they have been confirmed as liars.

They lied for the past 3 1/2 years that there were recordings that existed or they are lying now, saying the recordings do not exist.

Which is the truth?

“When someone show you who they are, believe them the first time.” ~ Maya Angelou

The KKlan has shown us they are liars.

Sadly @CurrentlyHorseless, you cannot seem to see what the rest of us see, and we can confirm what @trubandloki has stated.

You are yet again wrong. You might want to try to do better. Perhaps your out and out bias has affected your interpretation of hard facts. You might want to get that checked out.
