Getting her banned for life is a completely appropriate thing to say regarding a perp who is actively trying to destroy you, your business and your relationships.
I would do it too. And I still would if someone were to screw with me.
I’d like to point out the irony of this banned for life statement being a point of contention for the KarenKrew given their propensity to report every little thing to every single “manager” including BY THEIR OWN ADMITTANCE THE PROPRIETORS OF THIS BOARD.

I stand by my statement that @trubandloki is NOT wrong in what they saw, as I as in my own little horsie self saw it, all you got to do is look, it’s not that hard. Heck I only have one good eye and I saw it, but hey you do you and see how far you get in the ring.

Stop the bickering. If posters have seen something in a document that they believe supports their position, fine. They aren’t compelled to share their foundation for believing it. Other posters don’t have to believe that they’re correct without supporting their point, but drop the finger pointing that each other is lying and get back to the general discussion of the case.
You believe each other is wrong. Congratulations. Move on.

This. Checkmate. And this was the key to Deininger’s latest letter. They want to have their cake and eat it too. They want to say there is no evidence because it damns them in the civil case but they don’t want it to be on the record under oath so that later they can keep on threatening and making defamatory statements about these recordings.

They did request the recordings, Lk said she doesn’t have them, though she has said in the past they exist.
Now they are requesting those recordings and transcripts from kk and jk, who have NOT said that they don’t have them. Just that any request is harassment.
If you thought someone had evidence that would benefit your case and they didn’t respond to a request for production, should you just shrug and be all, ok! I lose! No, you want them to prove they don’t have it.
The judge will do what he will do, but having the claims out there isn’t going to make this an easy peasy thing to deal with for Lk.
It’s hard to prove something doesn’t exist when you and your advocates have been saying it does even before the incident in question happened.

I’m so behind……but I remember Seeker claiming that Tarshis committed perjury on this board. And I know Lauren threw around several claims that several people would be imminently arrested for perjury on YT.
So, it is interesting that the texts do not really fit with the testimony.
