If CH really believes that certain posters are dropping insider information, as they have been toeing the line in claiming all day, then why have they been calling so many of us liars over the years in an attempt to discredit what is being said?

Actually, it’s none of our business is it? Who cares and why is it such an important point to you? He could have designated his attorneys, his next door neighbor, the nice hay man, anyone, but the bottom line is it’s no one’s business!

Yes, for some reason IM has always thought I idolize Barisone and he plays his childish game of insults. I’m not sure I would recognize MB if I was standing next to him in a Starbucks line. The last time I saw MB was at least 20+ years ago at a Raleigh CDI. Nope, I’m definitely not a jock-sniffer.

Along those lines, way back in the dark ages when I was a teenager my Momma told me to not pick at a zit. Picking at a zit only makes it worse and it lasts longer. Ignore it, keep your face clean, and it will go away. Maybe we should ignore zits rather than picking at them?

Covering them up works even better. It’s a lot less tempting to pick at it when you can’t see it.

It seems as though becoming fixated on a poster or the tangent of the day, is something else that CH has in common with her non-idols, the K’s.

Not for one moment would I think that any poster here needs my (internet nobody) defense of them, but the LK/JK/IM fixation on @eggbutt is evident both historically and not too long ago in the posts, filings and known history readily seen in these threads.

As an “internet nobody” it’s interesting to follow these events but to invest in the way that CH does still beggars explanation.

Apparently they are under the misguided impression if I was no longer posting on this forum then the heat on them would die down. Somehow I became the leader of all things anti-Kanarek. Nope, obviously there are many others much more aggressive than I am who also understand the legal documents!

This notion that IM put forth is a typical example of a smidgen of truth. What he didn’t share was how the conversation came to be. Did Michael Barisone search out Lauren Kanarek and her father and place a phone call? No way. Remember it is IM/JK who is charged with finding places for LK to go. There are a few stories that circulated about JK contacting trainers in FL and repeatedly demanding they take his daughter and her horses on.

What a strange new obsession for the poster to be on, today. Who is MB giving insider info to. That was a wild ride! Jock-sniffer is indeed an odd term to use. Something a man would accuse other men of, isn’t it? Not sure what to make of that one.

It’s an observation. I wonder if they actually read what they write before they post it. The way they deny they ever said it, demanding receipts. Maybe they should keep copies of what they post in a chart or something.

the way, most super BNT’s now are requiring references before accepting new clients at their facilities. Some even require proficiency at specific levels to be considered. BNT’s make a large bulk of their income by teaching clinics and selling horses. They don’t need lower level student like LK in their barns.

Is thos fairly new? Is this something as a result of Lauren Kanarek, does it seem? I wonder what protections BNTs are putting in place to keep themselves far away from her, or to extricate themselves quickly if they find themselves near her.

Well, if you think about it, the Kanareks have bragged over several SM platforms about having insider info (e.g., the audio/video tapes; transcripts of some of those recordings). They have also bragged about giving that insider info to other parties (e.g., directly stated re: Anne Klein and SS; inferred from Shelly Nelly Belly’s brag that she had seen and heard the evidence).

All of those things could become problematic for LK’s side in the civil suit. One of the things people in general, but this crowd in particular, like to do when caught doing bad things is accuse the other side of doing the same bad things (ignoring, of course, that, even if they were correct, someone else’s wrong would not rehabilitate their own). So, it makes sense that they are trying to establish (in an admittedly ineffective and ham-fisted manner) that MB or people closely connected with MB have done the same thing. It’s a combo projection/defence in the form of, ‘yeah, but, so did they’. A defence, I might add, that did not work for any of us in elementary school so it clearly would not work at the level of civil litigation.

I suspect they are also trying hard to make a run at harassing LO. Why they may have turned their sights to LO lately I have no idea, but I’ve no doubt they mean to get at her somehow.

I imagine her dignified silence for 3+ years on these threads and on SM in general is particularly enraging for them b/c their standard go-to is scorched earth online battle and she has denied them that particular dopamine hit. They also have shown their collective arse so appallingly via SM that it must infuriate them that LO has done absolutely zero of the same, so her conduct remains above reproach in all aspects while theirs has been nothing short of shocking.

She (along with her daughter, Justin, and all the other HH connections) helped, kept her head down, and worked hard on her farm, her riding, and her successful business all while supporting someone important to her.

The contrast in conduct could not be more stark.
