Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

I had always thought the 911 call after the shooting sounded odd to me. Especially the way they identified MB by first and last name very clearly. And both LK and RG did that the same way on the call.

And this was when he was practically unconscious on the ground in front of them. It’s not as if they had to identify him by name for the police who were going to have to chase him down in his truck through the countryside.

The call sounded even more odd compared to LK’s previous 911 call. I don’t know that anybody can predict how someone will react in an emergency situation. But she certainly sounded very, very, very different on those two 911 calls.

I had not listened that carefully to Rosie with that much detail. But man, oh, man.

Just the sound of that dog in hysterics sets my teeth on edge. I will continue to say poor Rosie, because I can’t help feeling sorry for her in that situation with those owners.

YD was famous for her lack of reading comprehension.

Example: I had just had back surgery when the first thread started. I said something like “I’m on a lot of pain meds so please excuse nonsensical words and typos”
YD said many times that I was using that as an excuse to say mean things. I repeatedly referred her to the post and clarified (at least 3 times) that I stood behind my words and I was solely apologizing for typing things like “ahkrhtd”.

I do not believe you are YD. I don’t know who you are, I don’t have a guess to your identity (or anyone else’s) because it doesn’t matter.

I will admit that I am curious as to who some people are because I would like to know them in real life.

Yes, and I would like to know who to avoid in real life too!

Back to the subject of the thread, the Court has signed the order with the agreed upon extension of discovery. (Will attach up top). I wonder if that means more orders are coming soon?

He certainly sounds as if he is not going to give them any more stalling time. Did you notice the handwritten part at the bottom?

Yes, that made me chuckle a little.

“Good Cause Shown.
This is the 7th extension. Parties shall comply with all deadlines. Further extensions are highly unlikely.”

Before I was a DVM, I was a tech.
If I could read Dr. Thornton’s orders, I can read pretty much anything.

Because that is the EXACT same thing I came up with. Food Course Sham. Which made no sense to me.

This reads like this judge is not going to want to hear how some people feel like they should not answer anything.

It does read like that.
