Something that sticks out to me from IM’s recent tirade is how he bemoaned twice that the jury didn’t like his dear adult child.

I wonder why that was his take-away from the trial. The jury didn’t convict MB because they didn’t like LK? Or is he just admitting that many people find LK unlikeable?

The apple doesn’t seem to have fallen too far from the tree in that family so PaPa could well sound just as unhinged as LaLa, especially with his history of nastygrams. The random use of ellipses and love of ALL CAPS sure looks like LaLa’s style but at this point does it really matter which one of them it is?

Yup. Still went to CHAMBERS. Plus every court clerk, law clerk or judges secretary in the world would give that letter to the judge.

Been there, done that. Because it’s the clerks or secretary who opens all judges mail. Judges don’t open their mail.

Especially since anthrax has been mailed. We used to have dress in protective gear to open mail.

If you were curious I don’t know why you just didn’t Google it, like you do for your law degree. But yeah, government agencies have been dealing with mail attacks for awhile now.

My synopsis:

CH wasn’t being given enough credibility and so JK wrote the quash motion with just enough in there to attempt to give her some. That was then destroyed by the filings revealing a small portion of the texts that completely ruined their credibility. Now we have daddy K coming in, appalled that the only thing the forum wants to discuss is their now partially exposed plotting and not the tangents. So, like with Tarshis, someone had to step in and make a splash in order to attempt to control the narrative…

Always to the rescue when it can’t get done…
