Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

Thank you.

You forgot he shot her twice and she almost died (except RG stopped MB, LE showed up and started emergency life saving procedures, the EMTs came immediately, the medical facilities were close, her heart was restarted at least once, the thoracic surgeon was available) she lost about 50% of her blood, she has scars where her chest was opened, 12-18 inches from under her rib cage in the front around to the back and curving upwards, the length of her abdomen (where the length of the abdomen and the first attempt to open the chest gosh that is stem to stern), a collapsed lung, a destroyed breast implant and scarred breast from that surgery. I wonder what all I left out.

I’ve always said I didn’t think IM was JK. I think I was the last holdout. I pretty much accepted Seeker1 was KK but wasn’t certain. Now? I question both. There are so many alters on coth.

Disingenuous? That would be anyone saying there any reasonable doubt MB drove to the house to shoot LK. That or they aren’t paying attention.

Can’t really have disingenuous and not paying attention at the same time. I’m not in either category.

He said “your child.” Pay attention.

That all she had to do was leave and not engage in a plot to finish the bastard?

Yeah, as always, you forget this.

Oops…my bad. Not enough caffeine yet. Will edit.

LOL No caffeine here also. What were we talking about? :joy:

Should I add on all my posts “she should have left and he should not have shot her?” I repeat it so much, that and IANAL.

Should I add on all my posts “she should have left and he COULD NOT/WOULD NOT have shot her"?
There…fixed it for you. Can’t shoot somebody who isn’t there.

Yes. But you should just add “if she would have left then she wouldn’t have been shot.”

It would not have been physically possible for him to have shot her if she had left, so no need to say the bolded. Adding the bolded is evidence of cognitive dissonance.

@Erinmeri - I totally forgot about Second Call Defense. They also provide legal assistance for self-defense shootings but also offer civil suit damage protection up to various limits (depending on the level of membership).

You left out she should never have engaged in a conspiracy to finish the bastard.

Ah. Blame the victim again.

Honestly, I don’t care what career Lauren Shay Kanarek had in earlier years or whether she has or had a sponsor or any kind, unless this sponsor, if there is one, was involved in the plans to destroy Michael Barisone. How she supported herself prior to the lawsuits is more than likely irrelevant, right?

Did it ever occur to you that the victim is MB and the perpetrator is LK?

Every single day. Thank you for this reminder.

Yes. MB was victimized by LK before the shooting and you blame him for going into insanity. You even go so far as to blame a marriage that ended years prior.

Nope, simple logic and being someone who understands that actions have consequences. Didn’t I see a text that acknowledged that things were going to get bad after an eviction?

You sure did.

Let’s see what is the best quote.

“Ruin her chances to compete.” MB in texts to MHG

“Scare her so she will beg to go-I’m very good at it, I’ve done it before” (also described by someone who left him earlier). MB in texts to MHG.

“He came to kill.” The judge in the first hearing and testimony by RG. There is a book title right there.
