Michael Barisone/Lauren Kanarek Civil Suit

Well how do you expect tortured, traumatized people to react? Send her flowers? Perhaps erect a statue in her honor? Or how about just handing her the keys to the facility!?

She had no standing to remain there. Everything she did was out of contempt and vindictiveness.

Classic move of these people who behave like this: Terrorize then scream they’re the ones being victimized

You know…I really do wonder if some of these recordings were made directly from Michael’s phone. There are hidden apps that do such things.

On the first round of subpoenas, not only did Sceusi not rule that plaintiffs attorney had no standing to file the motion to quash, he granted the motion.

I’m guessing Stone is better informed than you on whether he can file motions to quash subpoenas issued to parties he does not officially represent.

Let’s see whether the judge rules that Stone has no standing to find the motion to quash.

Looks to me that the judge has already allowed it. The motion by Stone has been filed and motions in opposition have been filed by two of the defendants.

What? No.

Noted.

In addition, SGF has a cross claim against RC.

I would guess it is relevant only so far as whether and to what extent the shooting has rendered her unable to support herself in that fashion.

True.

I don’t know if how she supported herself 20 years previously would be very relevant, especially if it was a job that was somewhat limited by age related factors anyway.

No.

Agreed.
I was thinking more short-term.

And yet Judge Sceusi approved the motion to quash and did not hold them in contempt on the first round.

But you’re telling me “That’s not how it works”? LOL

Ironic? Delusional? A joke?

Stressors. The settlement to the divorce happened in the middle of this. Money loss. Income loss (VK). Business manager loss (VK). He credited VK for making his training and clinics possible because she took care of everything else. Someday, MHG might have been able to fill those shoes but not yet. She did not contribute to income. It was all on MB. Even RC testified to that. 8-9 concussions. Child abuse. Per google, he is very wealthy though the lawyers are eating through that. Cash flow for bills on hand was the challenge. How many clients left with VK? He kept most of the horses but that was an expense. MHG’s horses were an expense.

He had staff, clients, horses, facilities, freeze damage. Stress. Stressors.

He had advice to evict LK from MHG and boarders and friends including a successful lawyer friend.

No, he is not a victim of LK. She gave him plenty of cause to take to a judge. Neither LK nor her family deserved for her to be shot.

Being shot is the terror.

But stated as fact even though it is not a fact.

Which makes me wonder about all the other things Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) insists are facts.

If you are being sincere, please respond to my post #1176.

I will bump it for you, @trubandloki

Bumped for @trubandloki

Or what you added …
Or what you made up…
Or what you stated as a fact that is not true…

In this case the victim created the circumstances which led to the shooting and deserves a significant portion of the blame
