Any news on the trial?
Thank you for asking this @Danvers . I too was wondering if the courts were up and running again so this would be moving forward.
Edit to add: I am computer challenged and I can not find the court information that was posted before to even go look if anything has changed there.

The last hearing date that was scheduled for April was postponed due to COVID. If I remember correctly that hearing was about the trial date. The defense wanted it pushed back because at that time they still had not been given everything in the Discovery.
LK is out there living her life and is showing this weekend at the Carolina Horse Park.

I hope LK is taking precautions. I would think she’d be at increased risk if she came into contact with COVID.

I remember they said they had a lot to get through (wasn’t there a quote about how many pages of social media alone were produced?). I wonder what else they were waiting for that the other side hadn’t produced.

most likely their printer broke or the forest was stripped of trees trying to print the requested tens of thousands of pages of detailed social media rants
my guess the lack of response is just another act in the drama to bleed Barisone’s defense fund dry, whatever the reason there eventually will be and end sometime
