I sincerely do as well. I applaud her for getting back out in the show world, particularly in NC.

Masks are now mandated for ALL in NC after 5 PM today. I hope the show enforces USEF’s COVID-19 rules. From what I understand there is no distancing between stalls, which is a shame.

I had been sort of wondering if he would be released to home confinement or something b/c of COVID but I suspect that those arrested for violent crime don’t get that sort of deal (for good reason, obviously). He’ll have been in jail for a year coming up.

Time out! I’m not the one who blamed others for not receiving a rider achievement medal! I’m not the one who said they were contacting USEF/USDF to complain because a trainer’s GF posted a congratulatory FB post which turned out to be an error.

IMO, a rider should know the rules and regulations of what they are trying to achieve before going down the center line one time. They should also know their tests if they are an adult. The rider is responsible for all of it. Period. If that is being hateful and obsessive on my part for calling LK out for her blame game, then so be it.

NJ was not releasing any prisoners that have not gone to trial no matter what the crime that they were accused of was.

Very interesting! I hadn’t heard that. I was going off all the reports of thousands being released due to the virus and assumed NJ was the same. Thanks for that info.

Thank you for asking this @Danvers . I too was wondering if the courts were up and running again so this would be moving forward.

Edit to add: I am computer challenged and I can not find the court information that was posted before to even go look if anything has changed there.

Keep in mind only the civil case recordings are posted online. Nothing whatsoever is posted online from the court system regarding the criminal case. Either the civil case has been slowed due to COVID-19, or they waiting to go forward until the criminal case has been tried.
