Then listen again. The reason for the call was they were outside the barn making threats and refusing to leave (you can hear the yelling in the background on the 911 call). The 911 person asks if they are still there. Barisone says yes. The threats were being made by LK & RG BECAUSE Barisone wanted them to sign a document. Which Barisone states is his legal right to do so on the 911 call to explain WHY and HOW the threats

Perhaps you should listen again. Please specifically point out 1 “threat,” being made in the 911 call you linked. Or, anywhere else. Mb is talking to Ruth and Justin - NOT US - during your linked Aug 4 911 call. Clearly, MB states “wait don’t leave!” The dispatch officer states, “if they’re there do not engage …” and is interrupted by mb who states “no, that’s not them. It’s a/my doctor/clinical psychiatrist.”

I guess your name can be added to “those who make things up.” Do yourself a HUGE favor- listen again. And again & again. Remember it. And remember your post. Something like a full video of this entire 911 call may come back to bite you. In the ego. Out of curiosity, are you hearing impaired?

hmm, dunno when the hearing was, but she’s frothing at 2am and saying there was a hearing “this morning” so she probably got all worked up Monday and drank into early this morning. But just DYING to be asked about it! So she can say “Oh, I CERTAINLY can’t divulge what went on in the hearing, but suffice it to say, there are some very big surprises in store, things NO ONE is expecting!”. Or some such.

Well, the behaviors attributed to LK certainly meet that definition. And since MB was apparently talking to an attorney about the situation…he was attempting to work through the process of protection/eviction as well

To which “behaviors,” do you refer? And whom (exactly) attributed them?

Michael talks (or talked) with his “attorney,”/lifelong friend almost everyday for matters having nothing to do with this. Not the same man he’s using for this trial. We, as well, retained attorneys- to protect us from fraudulent acts for which we were warned (too late) Michael was known. Difference being- WE were utilizing a legal process and MB used a 9 millimeter.
I suppose that’s how the narcissists attempt to bully people these days. Or to “make their lives hell & teach them a lesson they’ll never forget.” Direct quote.

Now I ask, (since you brought it up,) - you must agree that MB is a person of sound mind if you believe he was “going through a proper legal process.” Right? That indicates he knew the difference between right & wrong but ignored it willingly. FYI- it takes exactly 1 day to file eviction papers. One. Why do you suppose no such filings ever occurred?

Don’t you have 3, 4, 10 or 15 horses to ride? It’s a beautiful day. Go do something productive or maybe play bridge…I hear bridge is fun.

EDIT: I apologize to the group. Honestly, LK has the ability to bring out the ugliness in life. There really are more important things to do than to comment on this poor creature’s obsessions.
