There is a new filing by Attorney Stone, LK’s new lawyer, asking the court to deny MB’s counterclaim.

I am not a lawyer and I do not play one on TV, but I am guessing this is a pretty standard response is the lawyer way of saying - We refuse to agree with this and are not wanting to play with them anymore.

I agree, GAS is not much fun to read at all. At least Bruce had that going for him, he kept us amused.

Nagel was just as boring in the original response to the counter claim. A long list of denied. The denial is strong in this one…

Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) because he appeared to be calling the shots about what was going on there and Robert Guy Goodwin/Jim E Stark/Superman because, well, he is an easy pansy for them to throw under the bus and pretend it is all on him.
Poor RGG/JES/Superman, he does all the work for them and then they blame him for it.
