No, it’s basically saying Michael had a duty to cut his losses before it got this bad. In other words, he was supposed to have known she was surreptitiously recording him and made it stop somehow.

It depends? Maybe? Yes, it’s possible. Whether or not this case meets the criteria and whether or not they would want to, I have no idea. Maybe someone else could speak to that.

I’m still waiting for mommy and daddy to comply to legal subpoenas, that Jonathan already said they’d complied with and that they would never not comply, and, goodness, weren’t those subpoenas issued in late July or early August? Shysters.
Guess it’s time for CH and HH to rush back in to defend their idols again.

Hopefully this new judge won’t take their scheisse much longer. She brought these suits and she and her parents are delaying their own suit!!! That’s what happens when one jumps the gun and assumes they would win the criminal trial hands down! Tsk-tsk. Bad move for so many reasons.
Maybe the Illegal Elderly Mob can file a suit against the Kanareks for delay of game! I have a list of subpoenas to issue to quite a few in NC who should be running scared! /s
