Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

Such animosity for no reason cannot be healthy.
When you exaggerate it hurts your veracity.

Words to live by for LK.

So your last sentence there…Um…

Flat lined twice, helicopter ride, cut stern to stern (that is what they said at first, not stem to stern), etc.

No one here has denied that Lauren Kanarek was injured, very injured. Though that photo of her five days after release makes her look amazing, which only supports the point that a photo is not a good example of what is going on in this case, because there is no doubt that Lauren was still dealing with quite a bit at the time that photo was taken.

I don’t think you are using the word veracity correctly in that sentence.

Heck, she can’t get Mom and Dad to answer subpoenas. If all her witnesses, expert or not, take this same line, this suit could be over long before a trial could happen.

Your concern for my heath warms my heart immensely, and I return the exact same sentiment threefold.

Well, at least if that happens, it will free her up to focus on her 48 hours suit.

I wonder how that one is coming along.

Maybe one of her close relatives loaned it to her.

This. And it fits in well with the 911 call where the cover story continues with “Michael Barisone shot me”. Why be so precise…unless you wanted to make sure the finger was pointed away from RG?

I always found the use of his first and last name on the 911 call very odd.

It’s just one of those details about a situation that jumps out at you as being… not quite right.

No argument from me. Agree.

I have no anger, certainly not towards anyone on this forum. Just a bit of sadness and compassion for all those involved in the shooting, including MB.

I see how that could seem weird . But there actually was another 911 call that I came across where a person that was attacked used the full name, and it was her brother-in -law. Who knows what people do when under such a situation.

Possibly…
conformity with truth or fact : accuracy. : devotion to the truth : truthfulness. 3. : power of conveying or perceiving truth.

Yes, it sounds like MB was very lucky that the first cop was nearby and showed up so quickly. Who knows what else might have happened to the unconscious MB in the interim?

Wasn’t it LK who posted the theory that the purpose of the previous 911 calls was to figure out the response time by the police? Hmm. Projection again?

I wonder if PopPopRider (Jonathan Kanarek - @Inigo-montoya) and MaMaRider (Kirby Kanarek - @Seeker1) are visiting Florida so Kirby can pick up the transcripts from Lauren Kanarek to answer that ignored subpoena?
They did not want to risk just mailing them.

You say you never lie. Maybe not but with this statement you certainly do fabricate. Have a good day.

Pot. Kettle. Black.

The sentence you wrote:

“Such animosity for no reason cannot be healthy.
When you exaggerate it hurts your veracity.”

But veracity is actually a descriptive word, normally employed to modify another noun. Saying something “hurts” the “veracity” … without following up with another noun… that’s an incorrect usage of the word, and the resulting statement is nonsensical/incoherent. You are talking about the veracity OF something else. What is the ‘something else’ ? You failed to articulate it.

If you want to use the word veracity correctly in the future, try this sentence instead:

“Such animosity for no reason cannot be healthy.
When you exaggerate, it detracts from the perceived veracity of your claims.”
