Re LK recovering at her parents home… I don’t really care about that, but every parent to child relationship is different. Some adults would not want to spend time in their parents home because they can’t stand them 
and sometimes it’s the opposite. Or there’s no room in the house.
There are many reasons as to why one might choose to recover at a hotel, but under “normal” and traditional circumstances, the child, even as an adult would usually recover at their parents with their parents offering support. That didn’t happen here, and I suppose the K’s have their reasons and we are not entitled to know.

On what basis do you claim to know she was not invited to stay at her parents home?

What is really intriguing is the location of RG’s stitches and the lack of cast that featured in that hotel while he was nursing LK back to health with that “broken hand”….and lack of remembering about how it was broken during the trial when directly asked about it. I mean, how exactly does one forget they broke a hand and had two surgeries to fix it?..…

As you say, the fact is that LK stated in a hotel tor a short period. Maybe the room service bills will show up in the damages she’s claiming against MB. Maybe she didn’t feel like keeping her recovery costs low by freeloading on her parents when she thought MB should pick up the tab.

I think it’s funny that this is your takeaway as the same can be said for just about every aspect of this case yet here you are dying on hill after hill defending the person you admit you have no idea why she did anything.

For the record…it says a lot that the idea of recovering from such a trauma in your parent’s home is considered to be “freeloading” off of them. Dysfunctional to the extreme.

Even as a lowly non lawyer, non “legal professional”, I’m pretty darn sure the trial will not be moved to Florida.
I hope Lazaret, as your approved lawyer, educated you on that.

It is interesting to look at the different laws between different states. NJ is a one party state and FL is a two party state and their SOL for intrusion is 4 years. It would be interesting to know if any of the audios were of a conversation with someone in another state like FL.

You’re right. It was a poor choice of words. Perhaps LK did not want to put her parents to the inconvenience of being a houseguest, however loved, and preferred to stay in a hotel, knowing the hotel bill would be part of the damages that MB eouod liable for. That’s what I meant to say.
When visiting some relatives, I sometimes stay in a hotel so as not to inconvenience them.
