LOL. The jury did not find that LK caused MBs insanity.
Christopher Deininger did not use the word insanity, but he is attempting to falsely create the impression that the jury found that LK caused MBs insanity.
Thanks for posting an example of his dishonesty.
Maybe he’s not afraid to prevaricate to puff himself up since he’s not under oath — everyone lies on SM, it seems.
@Inigo-montoya if you want an example of Chris Deininger lying on SM to puff himself up, @Knights_Mom has a great one.
Oh dear, I thought you didn’t communicate with your dear IM!
BTW, I suspect your lovely Kanarek friends know full well the talent and intelligence of Mr Deininger as well as Mr Bilinkas and Mr Silver. Why else do you think they (the Kanareks) are delaying and delaying and delaying and refusing repeatedly to respond to subpoenas. They seem to have gotten themselves into a real pickle (that’s a Southern phrase for being in a real mess in case you wanted to take the phrase literally).
So LK must be deposed by 3/30? Call me crazy, but I’d be willing to wager that this doesn’t happen…Something will come up or change, or she has the flu or whatever. Thinking she doesn’t really want to go through the whole process, was hoping a settlement. Cant imagine her in front of jury for all this - she was a hot mess at MB’s trial…
You’re hilarious, purporting to know, again, what the jury thought. Considering that the vast majority of people who watched the trial have stated precisely what he said, and considering that is what the defense expert stated… I think it isn’t so far fetched to believe that they were convinced of the same thing that 99% of those who watched the trial were convinced of. Deninger sure had the luxury of seeing their reactions to the testimony and evidence supporting that contention. But you do you.
I think there are a whole range of possibilities. And one of those plausible possibilities includes that they were convinced she drove him insane.
How do you know its a lie? He had access to jurors. You did not. It’s not unusual for attorneys to speak to jurors after the fact. Heck, I was an alternate on a civil jury and they spoke to me when I was released.
But I’m pretty sure you spoke to no one. Or else provide proof you did. Feel free to ask Chris for proof he did.
