I’m wondering why there are a few folks on these Barisone threads who defend the K’s on this forum only? not on youtube, Reddit etc? There were many people on those other sites that took issue with LK etc during and after the trial even. Random people, like here, who took Barisone’s side and not LK’s.
Why only on this forum?
I’m wondering what they hope to accomplish or flush out among these random people on a horse forum.

I am continually amazed at the number of people who see this one way and the limited number of people who see it the other way. Total and complete opposite directions. How several can hear and read things with one interpretation and only a few have a totally different interpretation.

Not at all. I like the fact that you posted an example of Deininger’s dishonesty.

You’re hilarious, purporting to know, again, what the jury thought. Considering that the vast majority of people who watched the trial have stated precisely what he said, and considering that is what the defense expert stated… I think it isn’t so far fetched to believe that they were convinced of the same thing that 99% of those who watched the trial were convinced of. Deninger sure had the luxury of seeing their reactions to the testimony and evidence supporting that contention. But you do you.

I think there are a whole range of possibilities. And one of those plausible possibilities includes that they were convinced she drove him insane.

Chris Deininger stated that the jury found that LK drove MB insane. That’s a lie.

The jury found MB not responsible for having shot her because he was insane at the time her shot her.

I think there are a lot of not true allegations in the 177 allegations in the failed civil suit against the police.

But there is no bolding or quotes, how is a person to know what is important enough to pay attention to in this post? Darn it.

I have not been able to find in literaturewhere delusional disorder has been determined to be caused by the object of the delusion. The defense in the criminal trial and the civil trial have and will continue to try to hold the victim of the shooting responsible for the shooting. However, established facts determined by the criminal trial are that MB shot her and that he was insane at the time-delusional disorder. Here is another article on delusional disorders. He was not diagnosed with NPD or it was not discussed in the criminal trial of by journalists nor has anyone else been diagnosed with NPD except some family member of posters here who have discussed their family members so the relevance of the continued discussion of NPD in regards to the anyone involved in this case is irrelevant.

I am so very sorry that Google Law Degree is not working out well today.
Maybe you should go back and listen to Dr Simring and Dr Hassan again, from the trial videos. They cover this.
After you are done with those two you can listen to the prosecutions expert. The Stash admits that Lauren Kanarek was tormenting Michael, he just did not feel there was a delusional disorder because those things were truly happening to Michael at Lauren’s hand.

If Dr Schlesinger’s opinion had reached precedence with the jury, the verdict would not have been NGRI. Dr Simring came up with delusional disorder. The jury believed him. I accept their verdict.

The defense may bring up other instances of LK’s behavior but i do not see how that will help MB as no one else shot her.

The civil trial is a different kettle of fish. Lauren won’t have Schellhorn and Taylor helping her along. SHE has a lot to prove, including why she didn’t leave rather than continuing her torment. Previous victims of her terrorism will be brought in along with her manifesto, FB threats and taunts and, of course, Finish the Bastard Plan with daddy and male companion.
