Michael/ Lauren civil trial update February 9

Oh, sorry, what was your question?

Oh no! It’s Dr. Trouble!

Your saying the venue might be changed to Florida does not bother me at all, @Knights_Mom (sage).

I discussed it and brought it to everyone’s attention just because I thought it was so out of tune with the way state courts operate. I think it’s an excellent illustration of your legal knowledge.

I did. Answered above.

It is! As well as an excellent illustration of the absence of yours.

And yours was no answer, just an offense in the absence of a valid defense.

I’m glad to see you’re doubling down on your speculation that the venue of civil trial may be moved to Florida and that you want that statement to illustrate your legal knowledge, @Knights_Mom.

So now I have to wonder what you, @CurrentlyHorseless, are trying to illustrate about yourself with your posts.

We know that Lauren Kanarek was simply trying to remind us all that she lies.
We know that Kirby Kanarek (@Seeker1) was trying to remind us not only to not trust a Kanarek but also that she like to remain clueless until she burst out screaming at us.
We know that Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) likes to pretend he is all that and a bag of chips, until it is shown that he is not, then he resorts to name calling and other slanderous things, in between his lies about wanting to cooperate with discovery.

Edit to add - Oh darn, I forgot bolding and quotes.

One of my mares thought warm water in winter was candy. Every evening I would tuck her in for the night with a warm bucket, but I could never get it to the bucket hanger. As soon as I entered her stall with the bucket, she would come over and suck it ALL down while I held it for her. Then I’d bring another bucket to hang for the night. Although now that I think of it, maybe the first bucket was extra tasty because Mom “fed” it to her. Miss that silly mare so much.

As a lawyer, and a litigator in fact, I came on just to say to CH: You are wrong.

“Legal professionals” includes paralegals, court staff, etc. In fact, check out Utah’s UCJA 14-802 © regarding LPPs, if you’d like to know an example. But even without LPPs and their counterparts in some other states, paralegals, etc. are still considered legal professionals.

And I’d also venture to say, having been in practice for many years, that without other legal professionals like paralegals and legal assistants, we lawyers would be pretty sunk, so their contributions to the legal profession are welcome and appreciated. I, for one, am incredibly grateful for all the help I’ve received from other legal professionals over the years. It’s perfectly appropriate for them to refer to themselves as such, and I encourage it.

I think it’s rather dismissive to either state or imply that it is mere puffery for paralegals, legal assistants, and others who work in the legal field to refer to themselves as legal professionals, particularly when you have no legal training and do not work in the field yourself, I believe.

Edit: It’s defaulting to a copyright symbol rather than section c of the UCJA. Oh well.

Even if it is moved to Mars and presided over by new born hamsters, the facts aren’t going to change. You can play your spin game all you want but the actual facts that you and your friends refuse to recognize are not going to change. By “facts” I mean actual frigging evidence. Lauren Shay Kanarek, her father Jonathan Kanarek, male companion Robert Guy Goodwin, and accompliance and mother Kirby B Kanarek are going to be found responsible and liable for all the evil and injury that occurred at Hawthorne Hill August 7, 2019, and lose their collective civil case(es) and hopefully be ruined every way financially possible. N’est-ce pas?

And people who have a Ph D are entitled to be called doctor.

And no, I don’t

It’s all a matter of respect, isn’t it?

Does someone who perches on a horse deserve to be called an equestrian?
