And I thought that Nagle (or was it that other attorney?) made ONE attempt to reach Mr. D - a short email that said simply, “Chris, give me a call at your convenience” (or something similar to that). ???
Yes, that was what was filed in response to the last claim that they tried to communicate.
The short email that was sent after the deadline for the subpoena.
I think that statement that there were several attempts to discuss is as factual as many of the other things in that filing - simply not factual at all.
Oh gosh, yes. Sorry - not enough coffee yet and the dog is dancing around trying to get an early breakfast!
I assume that Barisone (who was part of SGF) did not initiate an eviction proceeding against himself, so that apparently means the Lundbergs initiated it. And the referenced “filed documents” were Barisone’s response to that proceeding. Do we know when that eviction proceeding was originally filed? And it would be very interesting to know if a similar eviction proceeding was filed at the same time against LK and RG.
No doubt. If I hadn’t heard about it here, I surely wouldn’t have. I wonder why GAS would ass-u-me they were part of the COTH forums? More K-Klan BS likely.
I could be entirely wrong, but I thought I had heard very early on that Barisone had bought into majority share holder at SGF just before the incident at the farm.
SGF filed to officially evict all three subleases of the property. I’m assuming that was because SGF was intending to sell the property. Barisone Dressage, Lauren Kanarek and Robert Goodwin were all listed on the eviction.
I call a half truth purposefully stated to make Barisone look bad out of context.
PSA - I was in Lexington at the Crumbl close to closing time. Much to my delight, Crumbl gives away free boxes of cookies which haven’t been sold (still fresh) before closing. They just shouted out “who wants chocolate chip” (that night), I raised my hand and was given a large box of fresh chocolate chip cookies! It was awesome
