Why did she choose her private FB page as her forum for her complaints?

Actually her FB was open to everyone who wanted to read it for quite a while. I’m sure more than a few of us took a look.

Yes, but to say her landlord had a duty to read her FB in order to mitigate her from harm is absurd.

I want to clarify some points on this topic.
GAS is saying that SGF should have been monitoring Lauren Kanarek’s Facebook posts, right? (It sounds so weird just typing it out, but that is what he is saying, I do wonder how he typed that without bursting into laughter.)

So, let’s roll back to that time and pretend the little old Lundbergs were monitoring Lauren Kanarek’s FB. And, they read the manifesto that Lauren Kanarek posted. How the heck would they think SHE (Lauren Kanarek) was in danger from anything other than a complete mental break of her own? Her FB posts were INSANE, threatening, harassing, and went on for months, but she threw out that ONE that says, I’m being bullied by a 6’3” man…

Thousands of posts calling MHG pond scum, hoping that Michael falls like Humpty Dumpty, talking about guns blazing, etc…and the Lundbergs were supposed to protect HER? From what? Herself?

And we can not forget all the posts back to her on her one post about the 6’3" man, offering her a way to get her horses out of there. So anyone reading would know that she was not in truly in danger because she did not go anywhere when offered.

DHRodes is bringing up that “some posters” could be LKs sister posting under an alter.

Speculating, as opposed to doxxing, apparently is allowed, but it tends to get threads shut down.

We tried last week.

The kid who got the chocolate chip was pleased. Not impressed with the chocolate cookie topped with icing.

The other kid got two of the peanut butter banana cookies & liked them

I got the Kentucky Butter Cake and a sugar cookie. They were nice. I particularly like the edges. The middles are softer. The store we went to didn’t offer the mystery cookie (sad face).

We cut them up to make them last longer.

It’s not something I would do often but it is a nice option if in the area & I felt I needed to bring something festive to an event.

I do believe that is Mr. Silver’s point to make, but yes, I agree with you. I do hope they find a good way to remind the judge that this lawyer is really twisting things.

This is the most concise explanation I’ve seen for why the IEM continually insists that anyone expressing a minority opinion by construction has to be some sort of relative or associate of LKs.

It’s your narrative that literally no one could express empathy for LK and push back on the bashing and the hate unless they had a personal association with LK.

Putting aside who was at fault for what happened, I think a contradiction in SGF arguments might be that they argued MB allowed a tenancy without the LLC permission, yet if the SGF was so hands on in the management and what MB was authorized to do, how were they so out of the loop in knowing LK was allegedly staying there without their permission and not be aware of the escalating situation. (it would seem difficult to have it both ways at the same time.)

Of course, I get totally tripped up separating the different roles of individuals in their corporation role vs non corporate role (since MB wears many hats) and when can their knowledge or actions as an individual be attributed to knowledge and actions of the corporation.

Yes that is my narrative because to literally thousands of people who watched coverage of the case its obvious as to whom to assign guilt, obvious as to the gaping wide holes in the criminal case and obvious as to the toxic, vindictive, unethical behaviors of LK. My opinion which apparently is also the vast consensus of opinion.

This opinion is not indicative of there being a problem with my perception but rather is indicative of the level of toxin involved by a certain player.

I think most of LKs blather is magical thinking, hoping she can make all these crazy ideas of becoming a WINNER come true. I would think the truth coming out in court will probably solve the chaos she creates.
