This part of Mr. Silver’s filing today reminds me of all the times I have brought up that Jonathan Kanarek (@Inigo-montoya) was ignoring his subpoena and court order. Oh, and the laughs about Jonathan Kanarek’s post where he insists he wants to cooperate.
I guess it explains why Jonathan Kanarek never answered the question(s) about why he was ignoring the subpoenas

This will never stop being strange to me. If you (g) don’t want to answer a subpoena, make your motions before the deadline.

And, when you get away with it once, and the court orders you to respond to the reissuance in ten (10) days, that’s not flexible. Nagel was still the attorney of record for Lauren Kanarek (not Jonathan) at that point and did nothing. Another 6 weeks go by, and now he needs more time? It’s just not how it’s done.

Honestly I agree with the poster(s) that said it was more about making MHG look bad and puffing up LK. It’s not like anything he stated in that document affected his testimony one way or the other. So tampering would be a hard sell.

But it is certainly beyond odd. And odder still that now Jonathan and Kirby Kanarek are pretending that they are not material witnesses and have no info to offer, despite behavior like that in public, and on this forum, and on 48 Hours, etc.

What I demanded PROOF of was actual EVIDENCE that Michael Barisone held or shot a gun on 8/7/19, not your word salad of what you think the jury thought. Mkay? Get it now?

Damn, I’d have to be really stressed to say in an area where I strongly suspect/know there are bugs to say to have a conversation else where and mention the location. I bet there were never any interesting recordings made by the dumpster.

I totally “get it”. The EIM narrative is that LK was jealous of MHG, and pressured and harassed MB until he snapped, supposedly “driving him insane”.

Wrong. We KNOW LK was and is jealous of MHG.

I personally understand that as it seems MHG is where LK yearns to be.

Many a movie has been made regarding a yearning like that, which leads weaker minded people to engage in ugly, doomed to failure acts in their insatiable yearning and frustration.

In the world of dressage in Wellington, MHG is still B List but LK is D List.

MB chose MHG in all ways. I would have wanted LK gone too and I’m willing to bet just about every poster here feels the same way.

You just don’t choose second shelf.
