This has nothing to do with the horse welfare issues that are the subject of this thread. And nothing to do with the person named in the title. IMO it is political and not fodder for discussion on COTH. Will ask mods to take a look.

If you read the whole thread, there have been multiple times that her court proceedings and legal issues with Trump have come up.

I think it has everything to do with the thread. When Stormy’s occupation was originally revealed on this thread, many people doubted her credibility. This judgment proves that she is a woman who has the courage to stand up for herself and should be believed.
Having followed the thread from the beginning, we know that Stormy thought she had entrusted her horses to someone she could trust, and tried to rectify the situation when the problems were revealed. The trainer involved thought Stormy would cave and be quiet when people discovered who she was. She didn’t, and she won’t.
Trump and Cohen thought she would cave. They were also wrong, and Stormy has been proven right.
I hope that she prevails in her Texas situation.
Stormy’s horses are now safe and I hope she competes one day at a show where I am working. I am so happy for her that she has been vindicated in this matter, that if I ever meet her, I will go all “fan-girl” stupid. Stormy is smart, secure in herself and she has integrity.
I am firmly on TEAM STORMY!

You do realize her other case was thrown out of court and she has to pay President Trump almost $300k in legal fees. She also just lost the appeal in the 9th circuit last week. And her ex lawyer stole her book deal and is waiting sentencing for a different federal crime before she faces him in the New York court case.
But again, this is all politics and doesn’t belong here. Has nothing to do with her case against EDH. I hope she’s beats EDH.

Considering she had to pay almost $300k to him in legal fees for the other case. You would think the costs would be about the same in both cases.

Stormy Daniels is the person with the bad experience. I know the original post is gone from post one but it was is quoted. Not that we we are voting for anything now but if we were I too am firmly Team Stormy!

I have absolutely read the entire thread. That’s were I got the idea that the mods wanted politics to stay out of it going forward.
