GAS writes more compellingly in emails than his filings, and certainly more completely and coherently than his predecessor. He seems to still lack the panache and apparent breadth of legal knowledge of his adversaries, although I guess his most recent filing demonstrates, as @FitzE points out, a bit more effort than previous ones.

Is that possibly because personal injury lawyers practices tend to focus more on negotiating settlements than conducting litigation (please imagine a question mark at the end of this sentence. Apparently my keyboard has gone on strike or perhaps started in on Friday night g&Ts without me)

Deep thought for today…it must be awful to be a Kanarek. As tough and unfair as many think Michael Barisone is being treated today, he is so far above any Kanarek in every way in my opinion. He has integrity, solid real friends, respect, a huge support system, preponderance of truth on his side, talent, drive, an ability to achieve, and an ability to heal and move on to great future success.
