“Nice” in its original sense was most definitely a real jab at a person’s behavior. Has evolved a great deal since the 1400’s. A way of using “Bless your heart” or “precious” as a veiled insult.

Has anyone been following the Gwyneth Patrow Civil case? She was out on a beginner ski slope and a elderly man ran into her from behind and is suing for 3 million. The lawyer sounds like a peach. It reminds me of this case.

I thought the judge dropped what he could sue for down to $300,000…I thought I heard that. She’s asking for $1 and legal fees.

I believe you are correct. His lawyer showed Jimmy Kimmel skits, discussed her relationship with Taylor Swift, and tried to play a commercial for some reason
I think the EIM need to go to Appomattox County VA with our pitchforks to insist that the juvenile charged with shooting and killing 5 horses and a dog and injuring 5 more horses is tried as an adult. Very disturbing story.
