According to vhx111, that is not correct.

There’s “only one way to stop her”? What way would that be? With a gun?

Anything new on ecourt?

Great job on the GFM donations. It appears all the CoTH prime players have been represented! Think of all that would have been donated OR how wonderful the threads would have been if we all had to pay up all this time when responding to instigative posts!

Watching an about to fledge eagle shredding and devouring a varmint is amazing. The adult literally threw it into the nest and kept flying!

I do think that going to trial was risky for the plaintiff, and the defendant. It would be costly for all involved, surely… But LK with her unlimited means and bombshells would’ve been a sure thing, right?

Yeah, those bombshells were really something weren’t they?

I realize you think you’re terribly clever with your inside joke names.

But for members of the horse community considering donating to the Go Fund Me to actually support MB, what do you think such a person would make of the flurry of $10 donations from silly names? How will they know you’re making fun of COTH posters and not making fun of MB?

Can we start a GoFundMe to get Silver on Michael Barisone’s case now?

I like “I don’t want to.”

Yes - but as good as Deininger is in many respects, I am not sure he has the same oratorial skills as Silver. Deininger would be cordial yet methodical, while Silver would overwhelm LK with the sheer brilliance of his mind and of his ability to speak so eloquently and impactful (assuming his oratory skills match his writing skills). It is possible he would have LK confessing to EVERYTHING by the time he finished with her.

Dang - I would have paid money to watch him cross-examine LK and RG and JK and KK.

Looks like we need to start a Mark Silver fan club!

In other (somewhat related news), I just saw this blurb. Jeez, what the heck is wrong with people that think it is okay to use their phones to secretly record other folks? The lack of morals and ethics in such people is a sad reflection on their general character.

A Maryland man has been arrested on charges of secretly recording Republican senators during a private lunch this month. The man, a 25-year-old contract employee working on the lunch staff, allegedly set his phone to record for several hours before leaving it in the room with the senators. He later returned with a police escort in an attempt to retrieve the device, only to find that one of the lawmakers had spotted it and handed it over to police, according to NBC News.

Indeed, she’s been so anxious, til now, to have her chance to share all the details of the plot to kill her, all the contents if the tapes, so confident all her evidence would cast the spotlight on how she had been a target… that she accepted a settlement?
Nope, I do not buy it.
